The valuation was spot on, all (extremely tight) deadlines were met, GTH's recommended conveyancing solicitor was brilliant, and we were kept informed throughout the process. LBNL, GTH's fee was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.

GoogleGTH, especially Isla Bennie worked incredibly hard to sell a cottage for my sister and I. It took 18 months as the market was slow and sadly we had to keep dropping the price but it eventually sold. Isla in particular needs a special mention as she kept us updated regularly, even when on holiday! She checked on the house for us as we did not live locally and went out of her way to help. We are grateful for her professionalism and support. The whole team were brilliant though and clearly work well together.

GoogleEveryone we met and spoke with at GTH were super helpful, however we can’t thank Bill enough for all his help in our recent sale & purchase. It’s a shame the same can’t be said for the agent we used to sell our own property!! Lesson learnt! Communication has been excellent throughout. We were kept informed at every stage, which made a real difference in managing expectations and reducing stress. Miranda was extremely helpful and diligent, speaking regularly to all solicitors to ensure the conveyancing was completed, on a particularly long winded & complicated house purchase. The new home gift when we collected the keys on the day of completion was an extremely kind and unexpected gift.
