I found Greenslade Taylor Hunt inconsistent from start to finish in dealing with them. The lady I dealt with first, didn't really know much about the property. The first auction of the house I was interested in was cancelled as they didn't get the legal documents in time. There are many other solicitors out there that better and more efficient. I could not or ever recommend Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

Recently instructed GTH in South Molton to find a tenant for our new rental property. Ben was amazing, he listened to our requirements and guided us on every step of the journey. Would definitely recommend Ben and GTH, excellent service. Thanks again.

We recently moved & our house purchase was through Greenslade Taylor Hunt. We could not fault the service we received. Rebecca, the agent, was friendly, professional & knowledgeable about the property; she was able to answer all of our questions. Throughout the period of the sale going through we were kept informed of the progress & any queries we had were quickly relayed to the vendors & back to ourselves. Highly recommend Greenslade Taylor Hunt. Thank you Rebecca & Will.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I can not recommended GTH Honiton enough. This is our 4th purchase/sale with them. They are all a fabulous team. Becca and Charlotte were great with the viewings and I must mention Stephen Gardner. What can I say. He is so professional, knowledgeable and an all round super star. We certainly wouldn't use any other agent. They are definitely the best in town.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Second time of using GTH after being so well looked after by Stephen in the Honiton office for the purchase (3 years ago) and subsequently, the sale of my house. Highly recommend GTH in Honiton all staff are professional and have that special quality that make you feel like you're their only client! Stephen always had the time and patience to talk to me about any detail of my recent sale and it all went extremely smoothly with a great buyer found in under a week of marketing the property. Very happy to highly recommend GTH in Honiton.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
