We take our instructions from the seller, our client, and on this occasion we understand you were booked in for a viewing but unfortunately our client specifically asked us to cancel all forward booked viewings. As soon as we were notified of this we tried calling you, left a voicemail and sent you a very polite email advising you of the situation.
