Callum Foster, an Apprentice Residential Negotiator, GTH Langport, excelled when helping us to find a new home through a genuine appetite to question and understand our needs, and to take feedback throughout. Yes, others say they do, but his interest to understand and not simply please, was instrumental in securing our next home. And even then, he has helped post completion with the same fresh enthusiasm. Let's hope he is nurtured to grow these qualities and inspires others to join him as apprentices in this field.

We honestly would not be completing on our purchase without his grit, determination and hard work - going above and beyond his remit.
