Clear advice and communication from the team, especially Stephen, who when the going got a bit tough was always positive and instrumental in concluding the process. We found GTH to be helpful when asked for some small favours, and always prepared when we met. The weakest link in the selling/buying process was the legal side, a lot of time was lost here, GTH however drove the communication. Thanks to them all.

We moved over to GTH from another agent when we felt that after a few sales falling through we needed a refresh. Couldn't have been happier that we did. Richard, Chloe and the whole team have been great; informing us, without prompting, of house visits and the feedback from them; helping find and manage builders to carry out some emergency work to the property and, most importantly, getting the sale over the line! We never really pay much attention to Estate agents talking about the number of buyers (for semi detached houses rather than mansions) they have on their books, if you want a house in Sherborne you'll look on right moves or similar, what matters to us is the professional service you get throughout the whole sales process and that is what we got from Richard and his team. They even read the meters for us (we no longer live locally). Thank you.
