GoogleI am really pleased to have chosen GTH Minehead to manage the sale of my house and onward purchase and in particular to have had Caroline Ferris to guide this through to a successful conclusion. Caroline has been wonderfully supportive throughout the whole process, navigating my sale and purchase over the inevitable hurdles that arise with a level of energy, persistence, skill, patience and problem solving ability based on years of experience that one can only marvel at. Her professionalism and, in particular, her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, often making herself available in her own time, is much appreciated. Likewise, the team at GTH Minehead, Lorraine, Bev, Katie and Carriann are all mutually supportive to the benefit of clients and where a rental property is involved Carriann is very kind, understanding, patient and thoroughly professional. GTH is lucky to have such a team at Minehead, and, as a client, I can recommend them most highly.

GoogleGTH handled an incredibly difficult sale for us of a property that was far from straightforward and over the course of a year or more attracted some interest from buyers whose own position was far from straightforward as well. Eventually we go there though to everybody's relief and I would like to than our agent Caroline personally for her determination, patience, resilience and above all compassion for her client, well done Caroline!

GoogleAbsolutely top service received from Bev and Caroline. Bev spent time showing us around different properties until we found the perfect family home for us, nothing was to much trouble and she really did go above and beyond to help us. I honestly didn’t know what an estate agent did other than show us around until I met Caroline, she went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went as smoothly as possible and was always on the end of the phone if it was needed. Thank you both so so much, we love our new home and settling in very well, we certainly did make the right choice and we thank you both for all your help for us to be able to achieve this. Highly recommend and we will certainly use them again if it’s ever needed.
Dear Emma - Thank you so much for leaving us such a glowing review. It has been a pleasure to help with your move and we wish you many happy memories in your new home ~ GTH

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Caroline Ferris at the Minehead office of Greenslade Taylor Hunt, after pulling out of a different property listed with them. Caroline kept in touch and suggested potential properties, being proactive but sensitive to our circumstances and timeframes. Each time we visited the property, she let us have plenty of time to look around and get a feel for the place, even offering to meet us on her day off. While Caroline was clear that she was working for the seller, we felt very well supported and guided by her. She helped with local recommendations and kept in touch to keep momentum moving on the purchase. There were a number of people in the chain, and Caroline was very helpful in trying the help sort out issues and make sure that the purchase went ahead, keeping us in the loop at every stage. I haven’t met another agent who is as proactive and helpful, and genuinely caring about the people involved. Thank you for helping during what is a difficult and stressful process! Katie Jo, who works in the Minehead office, was also very helpful.
Dear Sarah - Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review, which we have passed onto Caroline and our team in Minehead. We are so pleased to hear that you have been happy and thoroughly supported throughout your purchase, and we hope you will be very happy in your new home ~ GTH
