GoogleOn being greeted at our viewing, we felt very comfortable, Wendy was very friendly and made our time spent with her very good. She gave us lots of information about the property and the owner, which gave us a good feeling about the bungalow, it also gave us confidence to go forward to purchasing it. When we took our identification to the offices, we were greeted by very a friendly staff, it was nice to be remembered! They made the whole experience more enjoyable. When we finally got to moving day we were giving a lovely gift bag containing lots of useful items which showed us that a lot have thought had been used. Throughout the whole time we felt very supported by Wendy, more so than we received from our own estate agents. So sending her a big thank you from Robert and Julie woodleigh

GoogleOK after my previous poor experience with another letting agent in the town I thought I'd try another. So popped into GTH on the morning of Tuesday 13th June. Wirhin an hour I had a call back from Amy based in Taunton and we set up a viewing of my property for today (Wed 14th June) at 3pm. I went ahead and booked 2hrs off of work. After midday on the 14th I had a few missed calls on mobile, when I tried to call them back I either got voicemail or answering machine. At 2.45 Amy picked up the phone at the Burnham branch, she asked me if I'd received her text message. I checked and I did advising me that 'due to unforseen circumstances the appointment had to be cancelled'. Now too late to cancel the leave I'd taken, so advised Amy that I would look elsewhere, she seemed genuinely shocked that I didn't want to rebook. Estate agents honestly try to pass themselves off as a 'professional' service/industry, perhaps it's just the one's in Somerset that are abysmal with no appreciation of what good customer service looks like. Avoid!!

They were very accommodating, friendly, patient with our pestering (!) and persistent with chasing solicitors when required, to get the sale through on the day we had requested. GTH were outstanding in their willingness to help us through the process of buying our new home in Burnham on Sea and prevent the sale falling through.
