We recently bought a beautiful cottage through GTH they were absolutely amazing . A special thankyou to the super friendly Rebecca who was always there with help and advise to any questions we had. It was a very exciting day when we collected the keys and a lovely personal touch to receive a gift bag from GTH also. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

Absolutely brilliant service given. Always keen to show me properties regardless of our difficult circumstances in fostering. Never gave up helping us look at homes until we found a perfect property, and going the extra mile throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I would highly recommend GTH - mainly the rental side but we have had contact with sales and we don’t have a bad word to say. Chloe Russell, the lettings manager has been absolutely amazing with us. We were renting for the first time so was unsure about the process and unfortunately our contract ended due to the owner wanting to sell. Chloe couldn’t be more helpful throughout the process, helped us to find another rental property and the communication had been fantastic. She has still kept in contact now regarding parcels etc and she has just been soo good. Couldn’t recommend GTH enough!!

We used GTH to sell our home and actually ended up purchasing our new home from vendors who also used them. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely prompt responses, courteous and mindful of how emotive buying and selling houses can be. Upon completion we received our new keys and a fabulous goody bag with a bottle of Prosecco, a mug, keyring, pen and post it pad. Staff are all lovely. Cannot fault them and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Greenslade, Taylor Hunt demonstrated consistent and outstanding performance combined with exceptional attention to customer care throughout the process of buying our new house. The team are entirely professional, detailed, very caring and trustworthy. We benefited from their personal service and strong local connections. In my experience they work hard to ensure they offer a balanced and excellent service to both vendors and purchasers. Their communications skills are reliable and responsive. Christina and William were standout performers for us - who went above and beyond my expectations in a thoughtful and positive manner. Everything one would hope for in an Estate Agent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Greenslade Taylor Hunt - Estate Agent Minehead have recently completed for me a long-distance sale on a vacant property which involved an extra level of security and management on the ground. I was kept in the picture and given feedback on progress at every stage of the process and helped with decision making around house presentation for viewings, house clearance etc. It was very reassuring to have such confidence about what was happening on the ground and I felt in really good hands throughout the proceedings.
