My wife and I would like to say how brilliant we thought the Estate Agent, Alice, was! She was extremely professional, knowledge about the property and responsive to all our questions. Her manner was both friendly, yet respectful and she made us feel both at ease. Of all the agents showing us properties she was by far the best, managing to look after both the seller's interests whilst supporting a potential buyer! Keep up the great work.

I have rented a property through the Tiverton office for the last 15 months. From my first encounter with the Lettings Manager, Chloe Russell, to the day I left the experience has been exemplary. Any issues I have had with the property have been resolved quickly and efficiently and I have felt very supported and valued as a tenant. Communication has been excellent throughout. The whole Lettings Team have proved to be knowledgeable, professional, approachable and lovely to deal with. I have rented through other agencies locally in the past and can honestly say GTH are streets ahead in delivering a first class service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chloe and her Team to any prospective tenants.

I found GTH as they were the local agents for a property I wanted to view. On making the first appointment they were flexible with my request for day and time and arrived early with a welcome and literature about the property for me to take away. The lady illa was well informed about the property and subsequent visits were also very helpful. Terry handled negotiations very professionally and gave some great advice regarding professional costs of Solicitors and Surveyors etc. This made the whole buying process simple. I will use them again in the near future as they deal with rentals too! Only slight criticism would be sometimes the phone isn't answered in the office but I guess that's because they are so busy!

From the start you were very approachable with a great deal of experience and knowledge of the current market. The biggest highlight was the great communication and making us feel valued. Brilliant service from a great team. I felt really comfortable with them doing the viewings and the couple who eventually bought my house spent an hour here so GTH went above and beyond to secure my sale. They kept me updated throughout and chased when necessary. Would definitely recommend.
