GoogleStephen Gardner made our finding of a new home in Devon very easy. Both times we travelled down from Leicestershire he set up a string of viewings back to back so that our limited time in Devon was put to good use. Second viewings too were quickly arranged. After having an offer accepted Stephen went above and beyond to keep the buying process as stress free as he could. On completion and collection of the keys we would receive a lovely welcome pack. Of all the estate agents we dealt with whilst finding our new home Stephen was by far the best and most professional agent we dealt with and could have hoped to have bought a home from.

GoogleOn first meeting Ann we felt she understood our reasons for moving and was the only agent to point out the financial implications having not long moved to our house, which was one of the reasons for putting our property with GTH . Communication was great, being kept up to date with the sale progress and going above and beyond in their dealings with our buyers, we cannot praise Ann and the team enough. We highly recommend GTH Bridgwater and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we were going to sell (which we're not as we love our new place!)

GoogleWe chose GTH to market our house as we had previously bought through them around 7 years ago and everything went smoothly then. We had a viewing and offer within days of being on the market. Sadly the chain broke down but GTH quickly re-listed our property and a new buyer was found within a few days. During the sale of our house there was always good communication. Calls and emails were answered promptly. We would highly recommend GTH.

Through every challenge, they kept me fully informed and through every legality, they advised me how to proceed. They were always available to speak on the phone and when calling into their office, everyone greeted me with a smile and instant attention. GoogleTotal crooks. When buying our house through them, they withheld critical information from us about right of access to our driveway. Only after completion did we find out that the vendors and GTH deliberately stopped a land owner contacting us to warn us of his right of access to our driveway. They also told us not to contact said land owner, to ensure that we didn’t find out. Therefore, they let us spend all of our money on a house that was totally misrepresented to us. I have never written a google review before but I’ve been compelled to do so in this case as I have never been so outraged at a company’s lack of ethics. Do not use this company if you any sort of moral compass.

Having now had the opportunity of reviewing your purchase we can assure you that GTH have never been contacted by any landowner or third party claiming right of access to the property in question. The property has a right of way over private land, which was highlighted within our property particulars. If there were cause for concern, your solicitor would have reviewed the title, searches and contract papers, raising necessary enquiries and undertaking due diligence. We were on hand at every step of this process, in constant communication to assist with the transaction. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and integrity. GoogleDuring a difficult move from one end of the country to the other, we experienced a shameful lack of professionalism and a high level of incompetence from our conveyancers and the estate agents selling our home. Fortunately, we also saw just how good an estate agent can be through our dealings with GTH's Dorchester office, who were selling the property we eventually purchased. Charlotte was a joy to deal with: calm, empathetic and totally professional. If I paid slightly more for the house than I needed (I shall never know, of course!) then this was down to her skills as a negotiator and I didn't begrudge doing so, because I saved myself untold hassle and stress. Certainly the agent I'd use if I was selling in this area.

GoogleAmazingly good. Best Estate Agent experience ever. James has qualities which I demand but rarely see. James Listens! He quickly understands, and he has an amazing network of skills and trades that can resolve issues quickly. What he does is fair to both sellers and buyers and I've phoned him to personally thank him and GTH. Ten Stars would be better.
