GoogleAs a landlord, I initially found GTH to be professional and helpful when letting out my property through their fully managed service. The onboarding process was smooth, and the initial property survey, carried out by an external surveyor, was thorough and detailed. However, the experience drastically changed when the tenants decided to leave. The property was left in an unclean condition, requiring professional cleaning. There was visible damage to fixed furnishings and stains on the carpets. When I raised these concerns, the response from GTH was disappointing. They claimed the tenants had already arranged cleaners and implied it would be “awkward” to raise it again. They were similarly reluctant to pursue any recovery through the deposit for the damage caused. It later became clear that the tenants were moving into another property also let by GTH, raising serious questions about a conflict of interest and whose interests the agency was actually prioritising. To make matters worse, the checkout report provided was a basic Word document rushed together with minimal detail, completely disconnected from the comprehensive initial survey. When I questioned this, I was told we would need to “help them with it.” The tone from staff during this time was rude and condescending, and it felt like they had little interest in supporting us once they knew our business with them was ending. Overall, while the service was acceptable during the tenancy, it fell apart the moment we needed genuine representation and follow-through. If you value your property and expect accountability, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere

Right through to Bill Cosgrove who has worked very hard to keep our sale from failing when we hit an issue with our buyers solicitors. He works tirelessly checking in with everyone in the chain and keeping both Seller and Buyer up to date. GoogleWe recently completed a very challenging house purchase that was part of a complex chain, and I can honestly say we wouldn’t have got through it without the help of Lorraine and Harry at GTH. The process was riddled with delays and poor communication between solicitors, which left us often feeling stressed and in the dark. However, Lorraine and Harry were the constant throughout, always quick to respond, incredibly proactive, and consistently going above and beyond to chase things up and keep us informed. They were approachable, understanding, and genuinely helpful at every stage. No matter how often we got in touch, they were always happy to assist and never made us feel like a bother. Their support made a world of difference and helped relieve so much of the pressure we were under. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication, we truly couldn’t have done it without them.
