There were some issues with the bottom of the chain towards the end of the process and Katie made a point of finding out what was going on and communicated this to us. Katie definitely made the whole process a lot easier.

GoogleI have just rented , for the second time , a property through GTH and I have nothing but praise for the letting team , led by the lovely Chloe Russell . Both lets have been handled professionally and , apart from one or two hiccups on the part of the landlord , things have gone smoothly . Chloe Russell is first and foremost extremely professional, polite and also very knowledgeable on the legal intricacies of letting properties . GTH has to be one of the best companies , not just estate agents , that i've dealt with over many years , they get 5 stars and 10/10 .
