Nothing seemed too much trouble and the level of communication was admirable with frequent updates and offers of advice. In particular the attention of Curtis in the way he tackled the many surprising challenges we encountered during the process was a credit to the business and in his absence another young lad Mitchell ably stepped in. We had what we felt was such a complicated situation and we were so worried that we would not be able to go ahead in the time very short timescale we had. But we need not have worried at all! They were all so understanding. From our first contact with Jodie, the first viewing with Curtis, and Ollie taking over at the end, it was just perfect.
