Practical advice and professional response meant we found our perfect tenants over a weekend with occupation of our property within two and a half weeks. GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on a house we have sold through GTH in burnham. We dealt with Wayne who couldn’t have been more helpful. There were big delays in exchange due to a solicitor at the bottom and Wayne chased them tirelessly and provided constant updates to us. I would highly recommend GTH and would like to extend our huge thanks to Wayne for getting us over the line!
