GoogleWe have just bought a property through GTH, completing today! Although we technically were not the customers, being the buyers and not the vendors, the service was exceptional. It was easy to arrange viewings and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, Bill went above and beyond. He informed me of every detail, negotiated for us and was a huge support in a stressful process, making it less stressful for us. Huge thanks. We will certainly use you again and highly recommend you.

GoogleWe would recommend GTH very highly. The Bridgwater office has a strong team, headed by Ann Cragg, the ultimate professional. We were impressed at our first meeting by Ann's expertise, and throughout the sale process we knew we could rely on her sound advice. Everything was handled promptly and professionally, and the client care was excellent. Our key contacts were Harry Izatt, who ably led the marketing process, conducting viewings and liaising closely with the buyer; and Lorraine Van de Velde, the sales progressor, who did an amazing job of chasing solicitors and making sure everything stayed on course, while keeping us informed and reassured. Any time we called the office, we could rely on talking to someone helpful; they genuinely work as a team, with a strong focus on the client. We'd like to thank Reef Simpson, Stacey Deve, Becky Blackmore and everyone else who helped us. Moving house is always stressful, and the sale process took a long time, mainly due to delays by solicitors. We always knew that GTH had our backs, and they were diligent in pushing things forward. We're so glad we chose them.
