GoogleSimon is exceptionally good at his work, here's why. He understands the market, understands people and he enjoys what he does. I both value and trust his knowledge and advice. He made the sales process (which is stressful at the best of times) as easy as possible. He is hands down the agent I want to work with. Simon thank you for everything.

GoogleWe couldn’t recommend Simon Disbray at Green Lizard more highly. Our Tunbridge Wells property was on the market for months with another estate agent, without any success. But when we switched to Green Lizard, Simon got us two offers on the first day, one of which resulted in a sale. Simon subsequently helped to manage the ongoing process from start to finish, in a friendly, professional and reassuring manner. As good as it gets! We are so grateful! Thank you Simon! 😁👏

GoogleRight from the initial valuation, Simon Disbray was there to calmly advise and guide us through a roller-coaster ride to our eventual successful sale. He helped us with every aspect of our sale and purchase and his consistently friendly, upbeat and positive manner always made it a pleasure to deal with him. Simon was always reliable and when he said "leave that with me" you knew that he would quickly come back with an answer to a query or a solution to a problem. We are really grateful for everything he did for us and have no hesitation in recommending him and Green Lizard.

GoogleJust recently completed on a property with Green Lizard as the vendors' agent. First time buyers so we've needed a bit of extra handholding. Simon was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, particularly with helping push on activity up the chain. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWould definitely recommend Simon Disbray at Green Lizard in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Having had many dealings with various estate agents over the years I have the pleasure to say Simon is the only one I would contact for selling a property. He takes the time to explain and help with every part of the sales process. Great to speak with someone who enjoys his job, who works 7 days a week.

GoogleMy husband and I bought a house from Simon at Green Lizard and have been thoroughly impressed. He made it quick and simple and was upfront and honest. We were a bit fed up with estate agents by the time we found our house but Simon was a breath of fresh air.

GoogleI was impressed with Simon's super professional service throughout the whole process of finding a buyer for my buy to let flat which sadly had not been kept in the best condition by the tenants. He worked diligently to find the right buyer, was honest, a pleasure to deal with, great communication all the way through and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend his services - the best agent in Tunbridge Wells by miles!

GoogleSimon is the best! He was recommended by a couple of local friends, and what a gem he turned out to be. Straightforward, honest and just involved enough - not words you often hear about estate agents. He sold our house for us, something other local agents just didn’t seem able to do. It was a pleasure to speak to him, he was always helpful, reassuring and he knew exactly how to get things done; when to put pressure on and when to ease off. A real skill. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a really different and good experience when selling their house. We miss him already! Thank you Simon.

From the initial valuation through to completion Simon injected refreshing humour and personality into the process whilst always remaining professional. This was our first sale and he was very helpful providing us with info on the sale process and what is and isn’t so normal. A pleasure and have recommended to friends already. Thanks again Simon.

GoogleI couldn't give a higher recommedation than that for Simon at Green Lizard. Simon just helped me to purchase my first property, he made the process stress free, calm and easy with refreshing candor and humor. During the process he kept everything speeding along but didn't add any unnecessary pressure. He fielded all my questions with patience, guiding me when I was stuck and even recommending some excellent local contacts when I asked. Easily the best estate agent in Tunbridge Wells and trust me by now I know.
