They provided a very personal service and went out of their way to keep us up to date during, as you would expect, a stressful process - providing great support with encouragement and positivity all the way. Their local knowledge and contacts in the area were invaluable. The fact that their business is small enough that they, personally, carry out the viewings was extremely advantageous - rather than the viewings being carried out by someone less experienced. They knew our properties and the local area thoroughly and were therefore in a position to answer any questions posed by potential buyers in the most positive way. If we ever need the services of a professional estate agent again, we would have absolutely no hesitation in appointing them.
