GoogleDealt with Simon at green lizard and he was constantly going above and beyond. I had awful solicitors that dragged their feet but without Simon chasing them and dragging them kicking and screaming then I wouldn’t have had my dream place to live.

GoogleI cannot recommend Simon and the team at Green Lizard in Tunbridge Wells highly enough. I was selling my property from overseas in Canada, which could have been a logistical nightmare, but Simon made the entire process incredibly seamless. He was consistently calm and pleasant on the phone. He handled the back-and-forth communications with all parties perfectly, especially given the complexities of selling this particular property. His communication was crystal clear, he was always available despite the time difference, and he gave genuinely sound advice every step of the way. If you are selling in the Tunbridge Wells area, Green Lizard should absolutely be your first call. "Living the Dream!"

GoogleSimon was very knowledgeable of the area, and has sold a lot of other properties in the area which helped us choose him to sell my mum’s home. It wasn’t an easy one to sell but he was very positive that we would get the right buyer which we did and everything went smoothly. GoogleAfter my initial sale falling through with one of the larger chains in Tunbridge Wells, I turned to Simon at Green Lizard after buying from him a few years ago. His experience, knowledge and professionalism is far greater than my experience with the bigger franchises, and straight away he pointed out some initial flaws with my original listing, and with that found a buyer in the time frame I was hoping. His nuanced approach to individual properties is a service you don't get elsewhere, and I only wish I went to Green Lizard the first time round.

GoogleHaving had a very disappointing and frustrating sale in the area last year, Simon has been a breath of fresh air for our recent sale in Hawkenbury. Excellent knowledge of the area combined with realistic valuation and expectations. Excellent communication and responsiveness helped ensure the sale progressed at a good pace. So many estate agents put emphasis on the glitzy presentation and tech gizmos but lack the the knowledge and willingness to put in the real work. What a pleasure to find an estate agent that is professional and prepared to just get on with what needs to be done. Just wish we had found Simin sooner.

From the first conversation Simon understood our requirements and suggested seeing a house not yet on the market which was an absolute gem - he even took us back for a second viewing that day, and walked us to the local park to show us what a fantastic location it was. Throughout the conveyancing process Simon kept things moving and was always up to speed with the status of the sale. As we’re new to the area, Simon has even shared local tradesman recommendations too. Thank you Simon for all your help and finding us our perfect family home.

GoogleI have just completed on my house purchase, the property being sold through Simon Gabriel at Green Lizard. I would give 6 stars if I could. He is the most professional, pleasant, and pro active (without being invasive) Estate Agent I have met. Honest from the begining of what was a rather turbulent process, probably only sucessful do to his tact and perseverance. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had already relocated for work reasons and were concerned selling a house from miles away would be a really challenging process but Simon helped us every step of the way.
