GoogleSelling my property turned out to be a longer and more stressful process than I had expected, but throughout it all, Simon at Green Lizard was consistently professional, patient, and supportive. Simon kept in regular contact, provided honest advice, and remained calm and reassuring even when things became difficult. His persistence and commitment were a real help in finally getting the sale completed. Although it took time, I always felt that Simon had my best interests at heart and was doing everything possible to achieve a successful outcome. I’m very grateful for his hard work and would happily recommend Simon and the team at Green Lizard to anyone looking for a reliable and genuine estate agent.

GoogleSimon Disbray organised a viewing of a property in Tunbridge Wells which I viewed on behalf of family. Sadly, due to a change of circumstance we have not been able to proceed from our end, however Green Lizard/Simon is without doubt our "go to" Estate Agent if things change. Why?, well in one viewing Simon gave me time to look at the property, made me feel at ease. I knew in Simon there was someone ready to serve and help along the way with a "great down to earth manner". The Great South London comic Charlie Drake made his name with a song: "My Boomerang won't come back": the punchline being his character is advised: "if you want your boomerang to come back, then first you got to throw it". In the same way with property you are in safe hands with Simon Disbray/Green Lizard in finding an answer to the question of which property is right and advice which leads to a positive result. Simon/Green Lizard, we will be back, promise.

GoogleHad a really positive experience selling my property through Simon Disbray at Green Lizard. Had previously met him whilst trying to buy a place years back and was impressed by his candour and knowledge of both the property and the town, and found it a refreshing change to some of the larger estate agents who didn't seem clued up on what they were selling. When it came to valuing our property he didn't try to win our business by promising us the moon but instead took time to understand our position and offered us his insight. He made sure he understood all of the property, both good and bad, so any prospective buyer would be aware of what they were buying and less likely to drop out, wasting everyones time. Always gave us a heads up and plenty of flexibility when it came to viewings and would quickly follow up after them to let us know how it went. After finding us a buyer he proved to be a lot more useful in moving the sale on than the solicitors and was always quick to return a call or reply via email. Overall a nice bloke who I'd happily recommend.
