GoogleSimon and Michael helped my wife and I sell two properties last year. They provided a very personal service and went out of their way to keep us up to date during, as you would expect, a stressful process - providing great support with encouragement and positivity all the way. Their local knowledge and contacts in the area were invaluable. The fact that their business is small enough that they, personally, carry out the viewings was extremely advantageous - rather than the viewings being carried out by someone less experienced. They knew our properties and the local area thoroughly and were therefore in a position to answer any questions posed by potential buyers in the most positive way. If we ever need the services of a professional estate agent again, we would have absolutely no hesitation in appointing them.

Simon from the Tunbridge wells office is a true professional, his knowledge of the industry is second to none. From the first meeting, valuation through to completion Simon was with us all the way..we sold our property in a very difficult market and remain eternally grateful to Simon for going over and beyond to ensure the perfect conclusion. From initially meeting with us to negotiating the sale he provided good sensible advice and even agreed an appointme.nt on Bank Holiday - above and beyond what you would normally expect. His local presence is an added bonus as you can't get all you need via a website! Would certainly recommend.

GoogleSimon is an excellent estate agent, which I don't say lightly. His convivial manner makes dealing with him enjoyable, but that aside, he really works hard for his clients. The most important thing for me is that he values properties fairly. Too many agents will price a property too high, fuelling rising prices and making your house sit on the market with no viewings for months. Inevitably, you are then disappointed when it eventually sells well below the guide price. With Simon, you can feel confident that when he values your property, he will be honest. And that's more than you can say for many agents. And a word of advice - don't shop around for an agent that will tell you they can sell your house for the most money. Look for the agent who will sell your house at the right price in a timely manner. Trust me - just save yourself the disappointment.

GoogleWe would highly recommend using Simon at Green Lizard in Tunbridge Wells. He is a straight talking, incredibly effective agent who works hard for you. Initially we went with another agent because we thought it would be better to have more people available to sell our home. Our advice is don't bother! The day Green Lizard got our property we had a viewing and that person bought our home. Simon managed the sales negotiations really well and kept us informed throughout. Communication has been great.
