He takes the time to explain and help with every part of the sales process. Great to speak with someone who enjoys his job, who works 7 days a week.

GoogleThe services that we received from Simon at GreenLizard were brilliant. We had great difficulty trying to sell our flat with previous high street estate agents but when Simon took on the role of being our estate agent he managed to secure a buyer for us within weeks at what was a much better than expected sales price. He was always very friendly and personable and excellent at being communicative and helpful, keeping me updated on how things were going. He would always offer his help where he could to make things progress smoothly. GoogleSimon Disbray is like a dog with a bone when it comes to selling your property. Our first buyer pulled out just before exchange. Simon had another offer within two days. That buyer fell away due to not being able to sell their flat and within three days Simon got an offer which we accepted and now we have moved. Happy bunnies.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Green Lizard and I couldn't be more impressed. Simon communicated all the way through a very difficult property chain and found us new buyers a few times when people dropped out (9 property chain that was very fragile). We have recommended them to some other people we know are selling, and would happily recommend them in the future.

GoogleWe had really difficulty finding a buyer for our flat, but the service from Simon was excellent. Very communicative, proactive and honest. The market was challenging, but Simon worked very hard to find a buyer for us. He even helped with negotiation tactics for the house we did end up buying. I would definitely use Simon again but hopefully I wont need to for a while!!

GoogleWe decided to use Green lizard when selling our house as they had been recommended to us by a friend. Having never sold a house before we had no idea what to expect but Simon made everything so easy. He was personable, respectful, communicative and always prompt. His valuation guide was spot on and he kept in touch throughout the whole process. Both him and Claire were a pleasure to deal with and were very patient with me towards the end of the sale where I was anxious to get a completion date organised. I wouldn't hesitate to use Green Lizard again or to recommended them to others. Thank you for all your help.

GoogleSimon at Green Lizard has been the best estate agent we have ever dealt with - he doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you the truth and gives you solutions where possible. He was very patient with selling our first property in what has been a difficult year, and is always friendly. He also helped us through the sale with our solicitor. When we look to buy/sell again, we will definitely be coming back to Simon first.

GoogleWe used Green Lizard to sell our first home and Simon and Claire were just excellent in the whole process. He was incredibly supportive from the valuation all the way to completion. It took us some time to find our next home and we faced a few obstacles, but he was always there on the phone, keeping us up-to-date and getting everything moving. The best part with Simon was he was always focused on us and what we wanted out of this process. His advice was invaluable and we would recommend anyone looking for an agent to contact Green Lizard.

GoogleMichael and Simon are two of the rarest kinds of estate agents - honest and trustworthy. I have known so many over the years but the service recieved from them in Wadhurst has been exemplary - both in terms of saels side and purchase they go above and beyond and are absolutely excellent.

GoogleNOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS AGENT AT ALL!. I made an enquiry about a property on Saturday morning and requested a viewing, if possible, that afternoon. I was told it may be short notice but that she would try arrange and get back to me...and now its Tuesday morning and I have never had the contact!! Not even a call to confirm they couldn't arrange a viewing, property was sold etc etc. My enquiry was completely ignored. Would advise NOT to use if you are trying to sell your property! If they are happy to completely ignore a potential buyer for you then what are you paying them for!NegativeProfessionalism
