GoogleWe have recently started renting with Grantley’s and have found the team quietly efficient and friendly. Last week our tumble dryer was repaired less than 24 hours after reporting a fault. I have no problem recommending this company.

GoogleMy house in Godalming had been on the market with 3 other agents over the course of 18 months. Grantley took it on and from the outset the process took on a service "head & shoulders" above our previous experiences. We were given excellent advice on preparing the house properly for market, potential buyers were thoughtfully and selectively introduced; resulting in excellent feedback and an acceptable offer in a timely fashion all handled by Jennifer. The attention to detail and constant communication throughout the conveyancing process was faultless. Problems were dealt with , both sides of the transaction treated professionally and with care and consideration. One of the better experiences I have had in a long history of transactions in the area over the past 30 years.

GoogleWe have only been with Grantley for a couple of weeks, but we are already very impressed with their service. They have swiftly resolved issues we faced when we moved into our new home. Our three points of contact have all been so friendly and supportive. So far they couldn't have delivered a better service, Grantley is the best agency we have dealt with.

GoogleAll the worst aspects of estate agents conveniently brought together in one convenient location. Don't use them and if you do don't trust them.

GoogleFour years ago Grantley were the agents for a beautiful old house needing major renovation just outside Guildford. We viewed on several occasions, trying to work out if it was "the one". We did indeed buy the house and throughout the purchase process the team at Grantley were professional, patient, accessible, helpful and generally a pleasure to deal with. I am now once again house hunting and know that Grantley will be the key agents I look to in order to find another special home.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
