GoogleWe used Grantley for the sale of our property in Chiddingfold. We currently live abroad and they went beyond our expectations to help - including arranging maintenance, painting and staging. We are really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

They have always put us as the client first and they are utterly professional and quick to respond to communications. Both Jennifer and Alex in the Godalming office are exactly what you would hope for from an experienced and professional property agent. Jennifer even helped me find my ongoing purchase, understanding exactly what I was looking for! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Perhaps unusually I found Jennifer to be principled in making sure that both the sellers and myself were treated fairly, standing up for reasonable expectations on both sides. When Jennifer was not available, other staff at Grantley’s were up to date with progress, concerns and responded quickly to questions. Professional, friendly and responsive, I would be happy to use in my own selling and happy to recommend.
