GoogleI would highly recommend David for managing and helping on any lettings related issues. I found him extremely helpful, smart and personable and it was reassuring to know someone like him is managing the process. He is also very detailed and even took the added responsibility to visit the flat ahead of setting up the agreement. He and his team also helped verify some of the legal certifications for the flat and we ended up having to redo one of the landlord certs because of something David and his team pointed out. So highly recommend David and his team!

GoogleStay away, cowboy operation. Deeply unprofessional whilst working with them for 3 years. Could never turn up for viewings on time to re-let the property. Lied several times when enquiring about basic contractual things. You can receive far better service elsewhere. Really couldn't care less when you speak to them either. Beware

GoogleI bought a house with Goodfellows. Unlike other estate agents they never tried to push houses onto me that did not match my needs. Every house they showed was worth serious consideration. Once the buying process was underway they were constantly in touch, keeping me up to date with what the hold -ups were so that I never had to worry that the sellers were pulling out. Later I decided to let the property out, and the tenant finding process was excellent. The tenants they found us were excellent at paying rent, even when their business was badly effected by Covid, until it was not possible for them anymore, at which point they gave notice and left of their own accord. Goodfellows promptly found replacement tenants, who have been with us for 3 years now, never to date being late with rent. Our needs are best met by the "tenant find only" option, as our tenants have always bin punctual with rent, and the tradespeople that Goodfellows use are a little high end for us. However if you want the extra peace of mind you can go for the "rent collection" or "full management" options. Even at our level, Goodfellows are very active in keeping us up to date with what we need to be doing as regards the law, and dealing with all the paperwork when it is time to renew contracts. Our main contact at Goodfellows was initially Nelson Samuel-Onyugo, who was extremely friendly and reassuring. Since then we have dealt with many members of the team who have all been extremely helpful and responsive. To name a few: Laura Lindsay, Lesley Hancock, Helen Spink, Julie Wheatley, Suzanne Mortimer, Linda Marshall, Keven Teixeira. Most recently we needed to find new tenants and Reece Parkinson-Gunn found us a lovely family to move in right after the old tenants left.

GoogleWould highly recommend the Stonecot Hill branch in particular Kerry and Debbie. I picked them out of three estate agents who all gave different valuations. Goodfellows gave me the highest but justifiably the best valuation and backed it up with sales that they had made in the same vicinity. They were always there at the end of the phone and acted always in my best interests.

GoogleJoel & team were superb throughout the whole house purchase process. I sent countless emails and made so many calls to Joel and he would always respond in a nanosecond. We needed to visit the house on many occasions with different tradesmen and Joel was very accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with him.
