Dear N M , we are disappointed to receive a One Star review from you , but this is what review sites are all about . We have tried to call you to explain that although the web site is always being updated and indeed runs an update every 15 minutes , there can be a delay when the property has an offer placed upon it , to the buyer passing our compliance checks , which during that time we do not mark the property as Sold STC as we are acting for the seller and need to establish the identity and ability to proceed and afford the purchase , which is our job as an estate agent.
