GoogleHave to give a big shout out to Billy at G&H in Highgate. We’ve been looking for a property and have dealt with several agents in a few different areas of North London. Billy is very personable, professional and helpful and thinks laterally as well. He’s very confident without being cocky and his manner defies his years. He understands what you’re asking for, which isn’t what we’ve found with some others! Well done, Billy!

GoogleI recently bought a home through Goldschmidt & Howland’s Hampstead branch and had a very positive experience overall. A special mention goes to Josh Holder, who was fantastic throughout the process. He was personable, knowledgeable, and consistently available, whether it was arranging viewings, answering questions, or keeping things moving during the offer and conveyancing stages. His calm, professional manner made a stressful process feel much more manageable, and I always felt he had a clear understanding of both the property and our needs. While there were a couple of points where we had to follow up for updates, Josh was always quick to respond and happy to help. That level of accessibility made a real difference and gave me confidence throughout the transaction. If you’re looking to buy in Hampstead, I’d definitely recommend.

Nathan quickly found the right buyers for our flat and then Michael handled everything thereafter, keeping the whole operation on track and responding to all questions from every side. GoogleI had a great experience selling my house with the Highgate office. Michael in particular was very vested in my sale and it felt like they genuinely cared that I sold. Immediately, even before going to wider market on social media, they were able to set up multiple viewings from relevant and interested parties. Goldschmidt has a great database of potential clients and I had over 47 viewings in a limited period. All communication was organised and detailed in terms of when viewings were happening. During contract period they were helpful and very useful in keeping the process moving forward . Highly recommend this company if you want a personal service and extremely knowledgable agents.

GoogleFrom the moment we met Nathan at Goldschmidt & Howland, we were impressed by his patience, professionalism and persistence. Nathan kept the sale moving with good humour and an eye for detail. He was always available whenever we needed him. Billy also did a great job of managing the sale whilst Nathan was on holiday. We would highly recommend Nathan, Billy and G&H.

GoogleA couple of weeks ago we were asked by our son to view some properties on his behalf whilst he was abroad. He identified two properties, both of which were listed with Goldschmidt and Howland. From our very first enquiry which was picked up by Billy in their Highgate Office, we have been blown away by his professionalism, engaging manner and honesty (not a word often associated with Estate Agency!). We had several viewings over a ten day period with Billy, visiting one property three times whilst we tried to decide on which flat! On each occasion, Billy gave us really sound advice and pointed out things that we had not even considered. I am delighted to say that after all the back and forth our son now has a property under offer - with Billy! Goldschmidt and Howland are a breath of fresh air in the world of Estate Agency and we are so grateful to Billy. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of nerves and questions, but they made everything feel manageable and clear. GoogleI recently rented out two flats through G&H and had a fantastic experience with Marc and Gabriella. They were an absolute pleasure to work with - highly professional with excellent communication throughout. Their rent valuations were not only accurate but higher than others and the flats were let almost immediately to excellent tenants. I highly recommend their services and would gladly work with them again in the future.

GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland has now helped in an off-market purchase of a fabulous house in Hampstead, its subsequent sale, 17 years later, for a fantastic price and now, again, an off-market purchase of another beautiful house on the Holly Lodge Estate. Whether acting for vendors or buyers, they develop relationships really well, understanding the needs of the both parties and remain friendly and professional throughout. Without that rapport, I doubt that I would have been contacted so quickly when the properties came to market. The only issue now is will Michael Josephides (Highgate) be around in 17 years time, as Nibs Lakhani (Hampstead) was, if I choose to sell again! Thank you both. You were excellent and you have helped me to live a dream for many years.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Goldschmidt & Howland and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell or buy. It didn’t take them long to sell our house but even when our purchase(completely unrelated to G&H) became arduous, we recieved impeccable service from Michael Josephides - he is very transparent, responsive and always ready to provide assistance. I'm awaiting completion on purchase as I'm writing this, but I'd have given up a long time ago if it wasn't for Michael's help.

GoogleI called ahead of my viewing to check my guarantor's eligibility, in order to ensure I would not waste my time viewing with an agency that would not accept my application. I was consistently misled all up to the point of actually putting down my offer, where I was told he was actually ineligible. This news would have been perfectly acceptable if I had not been misled and attended a viewing for absolutely no reason at all.
