GoogleSara helped us find a flat during challenging Covid times in 2020. She is a professional, courteous and knows her stuff. Once you talk to her you know you’re dealing with a pro in this business. She politely noted our concerns post move and maintained a proper record. Deborah dealt with contracts, deposits and move out stuff. She helped resolve any differences in a practical and professional way so that landlord (I hope) and tenants both are happy. They both were proactive and prompt with their responses on all our queries, both during move in and move out. Can’t thank them enough. Our thanks to other team members of Godfrey and Barr who work behind the scenes to make this process seamless for tenants. All the very best!

As unfortunately it happened to us during contact with large agents.We used the services of the Mill Hill office and we sincerely recommend Mrs. Barbara Darer, who looked after us to the very end and supported us very much.

I'd had a sale fall through, having marketed by myself with an online agent, so gave the property to G&B who quickly got me a new offer which proceeded to completion. Jeremy was on the ball the whole way through, nursing both myself and the purchaser and the lenders and solicitors. Communication and service were excellent!

GoogleAfter we haven’t had any offers on our house with another estate agency, we’ve decided to go with Godfrey and Barr, which have a greater presence in our area and indeed within 4 weeks they’ve managed to deliver us 3 strong offers. We’ve closed the deal with one of them very quickly and we’re extremely grateful to both Jonathan and Emma for being very attentive and considering our needs. Emma was highly professional and lovely when she showed our house. She has established strong connections with the potential buyers. And Jonathan is highly experienced, knows the process well, without his support and valuable advise in every step, the sell might not have gone through. Worth highlighting the most challenging part, where Jonathan’s support was needed the most, was surprisingly after we’ve agreed on the price with the buyer. We strongly recommend to hire Godfrey and Barr if you’re considering selling your house.

Jonathan advised, guided and supported me through the sale and at no time did I feel under any pressure. It was a delight dealing with him and his team.
