FacebookI recently bought a property from Godfrey and Barr, and they couldn't of been more helpful. From the very beginning they were always there at the end of the phone every question I had they would answer and problems were sorted so quickly. I was a first time buyer and they made the experience so enjoyable and gave so much advice and help. I can't reccomend this company enough. They even suggested locksmiths after I had moved. Thanks Godfrey and Barr x

FacebookG & B's service to sell our flat was excellent. Their communication through emails and phone calls was excellent. All the staff were extremely helpful as we were overseas.

FacebookGodfrey & Barr sold my house quickly, with a minimum number of showing, demonstrating their in depth knowledge of Hampstead Garden Suburb and their ability to match the right buyer to the property. Everyone at the agency was helpful, answered emails and phone calls promptly, and provided excellent service. I also bought a flat through the agency, and again they were very helpful. I found both selling and buying to be as stress-free as possible due to their professionalism.

FacebookWe live in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and have recently bought a property in London for sale through Godfrey and Barr. As requested they rented it and immediately problems arose. Even though they were not acting as managing agents they could not have been more helpful and efficient in resolving matters. We would highly recommend them. ,

FacebookAs a Chartered Surveyor and Auctioneer I deal with many Estate Agents. We sold our home in Hampstead Garden Suburb through Godfrey and Barr and we pleased with the service. We found ourselves in a funny situation of having two buyers and ended up agreeing a sale at 9am in the morning and the buyers were abroad but flew in that afternoon and contracts were exchanged at 10pm that same day!

FacebookWithout question, the most professional estate agents I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended. No hassle, no fuss. Quick, polite, efficient. Exemplary in every aspect.
