FacebookFrom start to finish Laura, Ian and Jeremy were professional, genuine and hugely supportive. I certainly did experience the difference, thank you so much to all three and I warmly and strongly recommend to anyone needing an estate agent.

The whole process of selling our home from start to finish was positive because of Jeremy’s amazing negotiating skills, advice and support and endless patience. GoogleTheir front door office is always locked. No one in. I went on Saturday to discuss selling my property and the office was closed.
Sorry , was not aware that we were not allowed to go out Dinesh !!! If you struggle again of course we are always available on the phone or email if we are out on viewings and respond quickly.

GoogleI know Estate agents don't have the best reputation but I found Godfery & Barr very professional. Jonathan Barr especially was always courteous and reliable. Would recommend.

FacebookIn a tough market Godfrey and Barr achieved what we thought was going to be the unachievable and sold our flat - at an excellent price. We'd previously had the apartment listed with another agent for 6 months before approaching Godfrey and Barr. They provided a fresh perspective, new ideas and got the flat sold. Emma in particular was incredibly helpful and profressional. Selling your home is a very personal and emotional rollercoaster and Emma held our hand the whole way. Thank you Godfrey and Barr, the sale really has been life transforming.

They expertly held both sale and purchase process together and were always on the other end of the phone. All staff were great but particularly Jeremy and Barbara were an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended.

FacebookJeremy, Ian and Emma were all extremely professional, helpful and full of good advice, helping to close the deal in stressful circumstances. They were acting for our vendor in hampstead garden suburb but I have told them that we will definitely use them if we ever come to sell!

They were extremely supportive throughout what ended up being a difficult sale - due to planning technicalities - and despite finding a buyer for us very quickly in a difficult market. We can not commend them highly enough for their professionalism. We would like to thank them for seeing the process through to the end and keeping constantly in touch. Particular thanks to Barbara who is a huge asset to their team.

Always on the other end of the telephone, extremely helpful and mindful of what a stressful process buying and selling a house is. Honest and trustworthy which is most unusual to find when speaking of estate agents. They were a pleasure to deal with.

FacebookSelling is stressful, but humour helps and not only were Jeremy, Ian and Barbara professional and diligent, they also kept me vaguely sane through the process. A huge thank you to you all. I bought my first house in Mill Hill from G & B and sold my current one through them too. 'Action' in the estate agency world rather than 'promises and platitudes' set them apart from all the rest and they get results!

FacebookAfter my last experience with estate agents I wasn't keen to use them again to be honest....then I was introduced to Godfrey and Barr, they were so down to earth and sincere we used them to sell our house And buy our new home too. They have been amazing, kept us up to date with every step of the process. I really can't praise them highly enough. I'd definitely use them again in the future.
