FacebookWe decided to use Godfrey & Barr’s services to sell our house after previous positive experiences with them. From start to finish, and with a few unexpected hiccups along the way Jonathan and Jeremy ably assisted by Emma and a strong team at G&B provided us with a highly professional, communicative and friendly approach. Their deep and extensive knowledge of the local market proved to be a great advantage in helping us to choose to go with them. They worked tirelessly, held our hands and kept us positive in helping us to find another buyer in record time when our house sale unexpectedly fell through at quite a late stage. Without any shadow of a doubt we made the right choice and can highly recommend this excellent company.
Thanks Mark, hope you are all well and happy in your new home 👍

FacebookWe bought our house in 2010 and sold it in 2021 through Godfrey & Barr (Mill Hill). We’ve always had a positive experience and find working alongside them a pleasure. The staff are all professional, hardworking, provide great feedback after all viewings and have that unique ability of not being pushy salespeople but approachable with great sense of humours and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Godfrey & Barr if you’re looking to buy or sell.
Thanks Emma , good luck with the move , enjoy 😃

FacebookProfessional, friendly, accommodating, responsive, honest and balanced. Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the HGS area.
Jeremy is a great agent and negotiator, best I have known in a long time and went beyond to help me, also helping with my purchase as well as sale. The team including Emma were great to. First class HGS agents, I would not hesitate in recommending them. Thank you

FacebookExcellent service from Godfrey & Barr on our house sale. Barbara worked tirelessly to help secure a buyer, by managing all the viewings and providing regular feedback, whilst Jonathan’s calm and professional approach ensured a smooth deal to the very end. Thank you both so much! Would thoroughly recommend G&B
Thanks Hana 👍

GoogleI have recently bought through Godfrey & Barr in Hampstead Garden Suburb. It was a long and complex sale of c. 9 months and during the process I dealt with Jonathan Barr and Emma Law as my main contacts, but whne they were on leave, Ian Godfrey and Jeremy Fine. So I am definitely in a position to comment on the Firm. I am also an agent myself, specialising in commercial in Central London so I speak from a position of knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend Godfrey and Barr, They came up 5 stars on all fronts - knowledge, integrity, deal-making nous and pure graft and effort. I'd certainly use them when i come to sell or require the services of a residential estate agent again.

GoogleJeremy was brilliant throughout the process of trying to sell our house. Both Jeremy and Emma were efficient polite, generous with their time, had great knowledge of the area and true to their word. So happy we decided to move to Godfrey and Barr from previous estate agents that struggled to sell our property. Jeremy got us at least two offers within the first week! Thank you Godfrey and Barr!

GoogleI have recently purchased my new home through Godfrey & Barr and could not recommend them highly enough. I first dealt with Josh, an enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent who helped us find our perfect property. I also worked closely with Jonathan Barr throughout the process. As a partner, he was keen to get involved and help ensure a smooth process, which ultimately gave us the result we all wanted. Moving homes can be very stressful, but having agents who go out their way to help makes the whole process much easier. Thank you all for your work, and to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property, I would absolutely advise giving the team a call.

FacebookI had the pleasure of dealing with Sara Nathan after she competently and smoothly dealt with finding us a tenant for our London home to make the relocation possible to Cheshire. Sara was professional and charming from the get go and every single area and attention to detail was thought of.. She brought people round just after lockdown and made sure everything was safe and well considered. She dealt directly with our builders and contractors as the house was being refurbished ready to let. From the time rather quickly she found us a lovely tenant everything was thought of and organised down to us leaving the day before and making sure their first day of tenancy also went without any hitches.. I couldn’t rate her more highly enough and anyone looking to rent or buy in Hampstead Garden Suburb.. She is your lady!! Sharing on my parents group Through The Eyes Of A Parent too as so many of my clients are relocating to these areas or will do in the future and often from overseas... GODFREY AND BARR, HAMPSTEAD GARDEN SUBURB is your place 😘

FacebookGodfrey and Barr just sold my house. It was a complicated, tricky deal with lots of moving parts and some unprecedented circumstances. Throughout they were utterly professional, straight and authentic. They were constantly in touch, made helpful and timely suggestions and always acted in my interests. I have worked with many agents over the years and been one myself but I have not encountered a firm who are professional and kind in equal measure. Selling one's house can be a stressful business but I felt supported and helped every step of the way. Thank you guys
