GoogleI bought my property through Godfrey and Barr. Got great service throughout the process. Barbara was great and kept me informed throughout the process. They helped dealing with solicitors as this is very stressful. Well done Barbara. With team at Godfrey especially Barbara, process was not that stressful.

GoogleGodfrey and Barr are really the best local agency!! Sara was incredible at finding our dream place off market (despite being months with other agencies!) and was just so lovely to deal with. Jeremy and Sara always went the extra mile for us, and we felt constantly relaxed throughout a usually quite stressful process thanks to them. Would highly recommend!!
Thanks Jovanna, we are delighted you found the dream place !

GoogleG&B were fantastic - consistently responsive to me over phone and email, straight talking and result-focused in completing my transaction with speed. I dealt with Jeremy and Bradley in particular, who were both fantastic, friendly and reliable.

GoogleSara is the worst letting negotiator I have come across. Not a people person at all. Very disappointed in G&B's choice of employee.
FF please contact us if you are a real person as your negative review makes no sense and we would love to find out what went wrong ?

GoogleAbsolutely top service from Jeremy Fine and his colleagues regarding my late Mothers house. They advised a very effective marketing strategy and we ended up with well over the asking price. Would highly recommend!
Thanks Stephen , delighted all worked out so well for you

GoogleBradley Freeman was amazing to deal with and got me the house of my dreams. From the beginning of my property search he was there and supportive and the only estate agent out of the 14 that I registered with that actually showed an interest and brought up properties that were suitable and in my price range. He never gave up and even when I was going to exchange on another property he showed me Carmelite place and that ended up being the property I lived into. He deserves 5 stars ⭐️

GoogleI have just exchanged contracts for the sale of my house in Hampstead garden Suburb. Godfrey and Barr acted for me (The third time I have used them). As always, they were highly professional, enthusiastic and hard working throughout. . They kept me fully informed throughout the process.. They are PROPER agents, very experienced and , who understand how to do business and to get a sale completed. It was a fraught transaction in a difficult market , but Jonathan Barr solved numerous problem to get it over the line. . i cannot recommend them highly enough - Believe me, you will not find a better agent In North West London. Well done and many thanks to Jonathan and the whole team. DAVID MENZIES

GoogleBradley Freedman from G&B showed us several flats in the local area as we looked for our first home. He was extremely accommodating to our work schedules as well as very friendly and helpful during the viewings. Once we had found a flat, Bradley guided us through the purchase process and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. Overall, Bradley helped make our first home purchase a very smooth experience.

GoogleSo grateful for the incredible service given by Sara at Godfrey and Barr; she not only helped us to find a fantastic rental that suited us perfectly, but she guided us through all the processes, and was so responsive at every stage of our tenancy. I feel so lucky to have called Godfrey and Barr; Sara couldn’t have been more focused on helping us find the right place, to get us settled and to sort out any and all of the minor issues that arose during our time there. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

GoogleWe recently purchased our house through G&B. They are tough negotiators but generally offer a great service all round. We had the pleasure of dealing with Emma and she was a delight. We expect we will use G&B to sell our home in the future.

GoogleWe recently bought a house in Radlett being sold by Godfrey & Barr. Our own corresponding sale became long and complicated but we owe a massive thanks to Ian Godfrey for his calming influence, common sense and expertise, which were invaluable in helping get the transaction over the line in the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Godfrey & Barr to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in any of the areas they cover.
