GoogleOur property was on the market for over 6 months with one of the major estate agents. Over this period, we had very few enquiries and no significant offers. I asked a friend who had recently sold a property in Hampstead for his advice. My friend highly recommended Godfrey & Barr, whom I then contacted and subsequently appointed. GoogleWe worked with Jonathan and Emma for a recent property purchase (Godfrey & Barr were representing the seller). Both of them were extremely professional, responsive and went above and beyond to push things through on the transaction. Even though they were representing the other party, it showed that they genuinely cared about the transaction and the various parties involved. We would definitely recommend them and would also work with them for any future transactions.

GoogleI have sold 3 properties through Godfrey & Barr and have bought 3 through them as well over the past 15 years . They are knowledgeable , friendly and most importantly commercially minded and don’t over promise . They “ do what it says on the tin” and work in their client’s best interests . If you want an agency who you can trust ( in North West London ) then I can strongly recommend them .

GoogleWant to sell your home? My story: Thursday: I walked into Godfrey & Barr and said I want to sell my house. Friday: I received a phone call from Jeremy Fine saying he had a possible buyer. Sunday: He brought possible buyer to look at the house. Monday: House sold at asking price - not put on market. 6 months later: completion. The same could happen for you. Just saying....
