GoogleMr Paul Harty and his team were very helpful throughout the entire purchase process, especially since we are new to home-buying. Moreover, Paul was also efficient in helping to follow up with the maintenance work of the property and keep matters on track in a professional way. Revised on Jul: During the initial months, Paul and his team handled the snagging item efficiently. However, I received no response regarding the remaining items despite attempting to reach them via phone and email. If you are considering purchasing a new home from them, please ensure that all necessary fixes are completed before making any payment.
Alex, we are really sorry to hear of this and the negative impact. Once the purchase is complete, the estate agent's work is normally complete as this is the end of the legal transaction. At this point there may be a freeholder involved and you manage works within the building. Sometimes as with anything in life, there can be some teething trouble, but hopefully everything works out for the best long term. Clearly we hope your review can reflect matters inside our control, but of course it is your prerogative to review as you see fit. GoogleWe have been dealing with Marta throughout the process of looking for a new flat. She has been brilliant from start to finish. Every email was responded to within a couple of hours, the communication has been spot on. They have been flexible with our move in date and answered every question we had along the way. Marta is a credit to the company - I have no doubts we will be well looked after throughout our tenancy.

GoogleWorst Experience i have ever had as far as estate agents go, i will go as far as saying the worst in any service industry, left me hanging for 15 days and after chasing them for all that time they told me on 28th December (move in date 31st Dec) that this will not go ahead, Katie and Sean are two people i would recommend you do not deal with and after many many emails their senior managers failed to respond to me with as much as a simple apology, Please avoid at all costs

GoogleOne star mainly due to the behaviour of Joanna who dares have the title “head of property management” I have seen other reviews detailing her unprofessional attitude towards clients. Rude arrogant and condescending. Should not be in a role that requires customer relations. Really lets the rest of her team down. An embarrassment to women in a professional setting.

Jesal and his team demonstrated the highest standards of service and professionalism. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, from the viewing to the offer process to the move in day. Always responding promptly to any questions asked and being extremely supportive at every stage. I would highly recommend Go View London and Jesal without any hesitation!

GoogleMe and my girlfriend have had to deal with alot of terrible landlords that seem to hate their jobs BUT.....Marta and Michael have really been the best we have ever dealt with, super polite and really want to help you, would 100% recomend these guys, you will be dealt with proffessionally and be given more respect than any other landlord I have met. GoogleI have to say when we started with Go View we had a good impression and I was tempted at the time to leave a positive review. However once we got into the property we had multiple issues - such as boiler not working correctly, uncleaned parts of the property, the fridge did not work, no table and chairs as requested, radiators did not work and when we requested a wardrobe (the landlord knowing full well there were two of us) we received one which was barely big enough to fit one person's clothes in. Similarly when we requested a sofa, we also received one which was incredibly small. It all felt cheap. When we said we were unhappy was no attempt at a compromise, we were stuck with the tiny wardrobe/sofa and ended up buying ourselves a wardrove twice the size, which we built ourselves. Not great, but the issues were fixed (for the most part) during the tenancy. Why a broken fridge was not spotted earlier I am not sure. However the real issues arrived when we left the property. Unfortunately due to some personal circumstances our leaving of the property was rushed (also partly because we had people visiting the property all the time, and we had to vacate due to the nature of our works) and there a few things missed such as a couple of lightbulbs / some marks above a door. Just to replace the lightbulbs and apply quick coat of paint (a max 30min job at best) we were quoted to lose £250 out of our deposit. We were also charged £30 for not screwing in a chair (which we had to build ourselves, because the original table/chairs wasn't there) and penalised about £12 for a, "hairline crack" (as per inventory) in the fridge shelf which wasn't counted as wear and tear. However we were only told this cost almost a month after we moved out, and with new tenants arriving, we were told that we cannot replace them ourselves, leaving us out of pocket of £250 which anyone could fix for less than £20. We understand things need to be fixed and definitely don't dispute that, but the fact we were told late robbed us of any chance we had to fix them ourselves, so we have to bear the cost of an electrician coming out to change the lightbulbs and a professional to paint the door. Given that we had multiple issues ourselves this wasn't taken consideration though, nor does it felt like anyone really listened even when mentioned that I had to take time off work during this period due to being so poorly. Being sniped for not screwing something in we had to build ourselves (which should have been there already), or for a hairline crack feels almost pettiness and greed, given that the property we rented went up by over £250 after we had left. In short, they'll only work to the letter of the law, not the spirit. If you ask for anything make sure you spell out EXACTLY what you need; don't expect them to be sensible and apply some logic. Left to their own devices you will just have the cheapest/tackiest thing they can get away with. There will be no compromise or support for you as a tenant, only for whatever makes them money.

Katie Moore was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always responding promptly and going above and beyond to ensure I wasn't able to find what I wanted but I felt very well supported throughout the entire viewnig process, and am really happy with the attitute and approce from Katie. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable renting experience.

GoogleWhere do I start?! Micheal Bolger is the most genuine, diligent, and understanding estate agent I have ever come across. His knowledge of the market in Ealing is second to none. I had contacted many estate agents prior to selling a property through probate and Go View were so responsive and helpful that it was an obvious choice. (I could go on and on about the other estate agencies that I contacted such as Rolfe East in Ealing who I literally had to chase for three weeks just to get a valuation!!) Micheal goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the process. This was a very lengthy process and he never lost steam! I am truly grateful for the effort and energy Micheal has put into this, and to Helyn for working so hard behind the scenes. Without Micheal the whole thing would have fallen apart. If you are looking to find an estate agency that will work with you, be open and honest, and genuinely care about you, then GoView is the only option. I will be recommending them to everyone. GoogleVery unprofessional, cold and "scatter-brained" staff. The stories I have dealing with this Lettings Agency are far too numerous. Living requirements are not taken into consideration; they will waste your time by being habitually late, disengage immediately when asked pertinent questions about the property and otherwise outright lie. Prospective tenants are nothing more to them than a commission. My wife and I renewed with our landlord (GoView, unfortunately acted as mediators) and months later, we're still receiving phone calls and emails regarding our interest in moving house. Furthermore, their mediation only hindered the entire process, again providing misinformation and convoluting simple requests/queries.
