Moreover, Paul was also efficient in helping to follow up with the maintenance work of the property and keep matters on track in a professional way. My experience with GoView started well thanks to Jesal, who was helpful and professional. However, dealing with Joanna Koperska was a completely different story. From the very beginning, Joanna was consistently rude and unprofessional in her communication, and things only got worse when it came to resolving issues with my deposit. The agency unfairly tried to deduct money for items left in a communal area, assuming they were all mine, despite my clear evidence to the contrary. Instead of admitting their mistake, they accused me of lying and neglecting responsibility, even though I was the only one who was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Joanna, in particular, was unhelpful, evasive, and failed to properly address the actual issues. Rather than acknowledging their wrong assumptions, she would deflect and refuse to engage with the facts I presented. It's evident that she sets a poor example for the rest of the team, as she seems more interested in making a commission than in helping tenants. This creates a culture where tenants are seen as a nuisance and their needs are not a priority. It took nearly four months to get my deposit back after a lengthy dispute, which I won. If you're looking for a fair and professional agency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We appointed Go View a couple of years…

We appointed Go View a couple of years ago to manage our block. Our experience with them has been mostly rather negative. Whilst their ability to co-ordinate maintenance and repairs is adequate, they have fallen down on a number of issues. They can't manage the block's accounts (they make numerous errors, don't understand basic bookkeeping resulting in the RTM directors taking over the accounting). They don't chase service charges. They don't understand building legislation and have been unable to advise us on key aspects of applicable legislation, and they are arrogant and rude. They say they work a lot on our block, but that is generally because of their own incompetence and poor decision making. It's been really woeful.
