GoogleWe bought our flat through Go View 5 years ago, our experience back then told us that there was no point going anywhere else when it came to sell. An accurate appraisal of the value, the likelihood of a sale in this volatile market and a game plan for what we'd do if it didn't. Couldn't ask for more... 12 viewings, 5 offers from 3 parties in 2 weeks later and our choice of estate agent was completely justified. Thanks to Michael, James, Ashley and Helyn for making the process effortless.... If only our new home purchase was as simple!

GoogleWould highly recommend Goview. Our experience has been nothing but exceptional from start to finish. From the agent Paul who showed us our new property to Helyn who made sure the purchase ran smoothly and efficiently. Everything was done with professionalism and with the personal touch we hadn’t experienced with larger companies. Communication was excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Michael was great in offering advice on our rental property and Stephanie was on hand to answer any questions. A great experience from a great team. I would put them head and shoulders above their competitors. Thanks for everything.

GoogleBuying through GoView was in the whole pretty good. Helyn was proactive in providing a link between our side and the vendors solicitors and without her providing that function things could have gone wrong just relying on solicitors communications. Some delays from goview like getting the keys on completion day and being told that our offer was accepted was about a day after the fact. Would definitely use again though.

In my experience, GoView's property management team, especially Joanna Koperska, lacks empathy towards tenants. They seem more interested in making a commission than in helping tenants. I felt like I was just a commission pot to them, and they didn't really care about my needs. I believe this is because Joanna sets a poor example for the rest of the team. As the head of property management, she should be setting the standard for empathy and customer service, but she is not doing that. Instead, she is creating a culture where tenants are seen as a nuisance and their needs are not a priority. It's like the proverb says, "a fish rots from the head down."
