GoogleGo View acted for the seller but, our buying experience was that they took a proactive project management approach to the sale and were instrumental in expediting the transaction. As a non practicing Chartered Surveyor I can confidently say that you get a very personal and local service here, in contrast to my experience with some of the larger chains of agents. Simon

GoogleWe bought our flat through Go View 5 years ago, our experience back then told us that there was no point going anywhere else when it came to sell. An accurate appraisal of the value, the likelihood of a sale in this volatile market and a game plan for what we'd do if it didn't. Couldn't ask for more... 12 viewings, 5 offers from 3 parties in 2 weeks later and our choice of estate agent was completely justified. Thanks to Michael, James, Ashley and Helyn for making the process effortless.... If only our new home purchase was as simple!

From the agent Paul who showed us our new property to Helyn who made sure the purchase ran smoothly and efficiently. Everything was done with professionalism and with the personal touch we hadn’t experienced with larger companies. Communication was excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Michael was great in offering advice on our rental property and Stephanie was on hand to answer any questions. A great experience from a great team. Navigating a probate sale of my home, after 6 months of sheer disappointment from a top estate agent whose efforts were at best, half-hearted; the team at GoView got us over the line.
