We recently bought a house through Go View - they were professional and friendly throughout the process from start to finish. During the search James got to know us and what we were looking for, which led us to the perfect property. He was honest and knowledgeable which made us feel much more comfortable. Our sales manager Helyn kept the sales process moving really well, and we ended up not having any delays or issues before completion as a result. This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. Caution Regarding Property at 11 Connaught Road, W13 0TF - misleading you its not sold as I pulled out of the deal I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering the property located at 11 Connaught Road, W13 0TF. My recent experience with this property and the associated parties has been deeply concerning. During the transaction process, significant issues were brought to light, including the existence of a council enforcement notice that was not fully disclosed. The estate agency, along with certain individuals, notably Helen Collins and Michael Bolger, appeared to downplay this critical information. There were repeated attempts to pressure my solicitor into proceeding with the purchase despite these unresolved matters, which could have resulted in severe financial penalties post-purchase. My solicitor, at one point, faced harassment and undue pressure from the involved parties, further complicating the situation. While I am uncertain about the seller's involvement, I believe the agency knowingly advertised the property under misleading circumstances, potentially to expedite a sale without full transparency. As a result, this has caused significant financial and emotional distress for my family. I intend to escalate the matter to Ealing Council and have all the necessary evidence to support my claims. I urge anyone considering this property to proceed with caution and ensure thorough due diligence. Should you require further information or evidence, I am happy to provide it upon request. Please be vigilant and do not allow this review to be overshadowed by marketing efforts.

My experience with Go View London was excellent. I was in a difficult situation of having less than a month to find a suitable property to rent. The agent who dealt with my requested, Adam, was not intimidated by the challenge at all, and by the next day! I had viewed several properties, which were all in good repair and suitable for my budget. As I was already short on time, I made the situation even more difficult by only choosing one of the properties out of my selection, and still I felt that every effort was made to fulfil my requests, rather than palm me of on a property I didn't really love. In the end I went with another property, but the service was excellent throughout. After we had finished our business Adam was still helpful by offering to help me if any problems arose in the future, and made no problem with refunding the deposit I had payed for the service.
