Goview were really focused on getting good results and were able to secure multiple offers on the property very quickly, through focused sales activity and customer database. Michael is extremely experienced and knows the market inside out. Would recommend them to sell your property. Louis was the agent on my actual sale and he was really focused and good on communication. Both were a pleasure to work with and I’m glad I chose goview to sell my flat.

Go View did a brilliant job of selling a ground floor leasehold maisonette in Ealing for me. Michael is a property professional, sales expert, and has been instrumental in making Goview the best sales agent in the area. He invests in providing value even before you commit to giving them your business. Once I committed, James Furniss-Rowe did a great job and got me an offer in good time. However, there were challenges due to a slow chain, which caused issues and friction. I asked Michael to get involved again, and he used his skills and experience to successfully complete the sale. Helyn Collins also went above and beyond in progressing the sale, which is not an easy task with multiple properties in the chain. If you have watched Pulp Fiction then you know "The Wolf", well Michael is the "Wolf of Ealing" (without the criminality). You need Michael, James, and Helyn, along with their talent and experience, to get the job done! Go Goview!"

I was coming from 4 years of house sharing with 8 more people and never actually lived alone. Then I met Jesal through a simple click on a specific property among many others. It didn’t work in the end but he got in touch to see what else could be done for me. I finally felt like I could set the record straight and like I was talking to someone who actually cared about doing a good job. For the first time I remember thinking: “maybe I will make it this time!” This is what I loved about Jesal’s approach: professionalism and empathy. He’s always been available, always went the extra mile and never made me feel silly for the thousand questions I had. Go View London (Michael Bolger) did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our terraced property in Ealing. They brought energy, enthusiasm and great market knowledge to all of the numerous viewings they conducted, and were prompt, honest and fair when it came to viewer feedback. Once we had secured a buyer, they skilfully handled discussions over the price and contents included in the sale. Our exchange and completion was scuppered by the Covid-19 lockdown, but as soon as the market reopened Michael corralled everyone in the buyers chain, and we managed to get the sale over the line. The team at Go View earned every penny of their fee, and without them the sale may well have fallen through. We have now instructed Go View on the sale of another property, and would highly recommend Michael and the rest of the team.PositiveProfessionalism

Great Company to rent through as a tenant. I searched for a property through all the 'corporate' estate agents in Ealing and Acton and luckily I came across Go View London. I was becoming increasingly frustrated as most of the agents were showing me unsuitable properties or prop;erties that were substantially out of my price range. The lettings team at their Ealing Common office listened to my needs and showed me 3 properties which suited my requirements. Overall we had a very good experience with Go View London. We found a house that interested us, we made an appointment and went to see it. We loved it! But we were afraid of not getting it because we did not meet all the requirements. So they helped us to make a good offer that was both convenient for us and attractive for the Landlord, and he accept it! Jesal was always very attentive and friendly and had no problem showing us the house again when it was already empty. This review is solely based on my experience with Goview via my point of contact there, Mario. I've not rented a property in sometime and my last experience of dealing with estate agents was sometime ago. I had completely forgotten how varied the experience can be, with some estate agents unfortunately living up to the industry stereo types. I am delighted to say Mario is not one of them. Right from the outset, he was polite, thorough with his initial questions to establish what I required and efficient in finding properties to match. We were in communication regularly and I felt as though if I were to find a property to rent that it would be through Mario. And so it was! At no point during the 'offering' stage did I feel as though he was just trying to get more money out of us, rather I felt as though he genuinely was trying to get the best deal for both the landlord and I. If I was ever to move and rent again in a similar area I would have not hesitation in asking Mario to help me again and until that time, I wish him all the best in his career.

Tries to find an apartment with this agency, the experience was unpleasant. It was wonderful until I paid the deposit- clearly the agent just wanted to protect the landlords right, push me to sign a contract that I was not agreed to, harassed me with multiple numbers, very unprofessional. He told me firmly that under any circumstances, I am not allowed to move out under the contract. Even the neighbourhood is not safe or my house got broke into. I didn’t have my deposit back even if I kindly asked them to give me my money back.
