GoogleWe've had an excellent experience from start to finish with Go View. Buying our first place has been quite daunting but it was reassuring having James and Helyn as our agents, they've been very easy to talk to and patient any time we've asked for advice. They were also proactive in keeping us in the loop, at no point did we feel left in the dark or unable to get in touch. Recommended!

GoogleGoView were amazing throughout the whole sales process. There were truly professional but at the same time very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They provided a great customer service from the start all the way to completion. I particularly was very impressed with the teams drive, perseverance and help throughout the whole process. They always responded quickly to all my calls and emails which was particularly appreciated. I highly recommend using GoView. However I would specifically highly recommend working with Stephanie, Helyn and Paul who were all amazing and went beyond what was expected. Thank you!

TrustpilotGoView Property Management: Lacking in Empathy and Customer Service
In my experience, GoView's property management team, especially Joanna Koperska, lacks empathy towards tenants. They seem more interested in making a commission than in helping tenants. I felt like I was just a commission pot to them, and they didn't really care about my needs. I believe this is because Joanna sets a poor example for the rest of the team. As the head of property management, she should be setting the standard for empathy and customer service, but she is not doing that. Instead, she is creating a culture where tenants are seen as a nuisance and their needs are not a priority. It's like the proverb says, "a fish rots from the head down." They have online portal where you can see the agreement I was not able to access it. When I asked Katie Moore and Ricky French about the online portal where I could see my rental agreement, but they both said they had never heard of it. (Screenshot attached of the portal) I believe that letting agencies should be completely eliminated. They are not problem solvers or consultants. Even a sales consultant is a problem solver, and that's how they make sales. However, letting agencies like GoView claim to be sales consultants, but they are not. When I rent a property, I start by viewing the flat. If I like it, I finalize the agreement and complete the paperwork. Once I moved in, if there are any problems, GoView says to speak to the landlord. This suggests that their only responsibility is paperwork, not property management. Property Management is much more than just paperwork. I believe that the entire rental system should be automated so that tenants and landlords can deal with each other directly, without the middleman of a real estate agent. This would significantly reduce rental costs, as there would be no commission fees.

GoogleNot consider my application because one of the members of my family taking from student finance maintenance loan . They will not consider because is not pass the reference. She receive from government to pay rent and expenses. I don’t see any reason to be refused. All letting estates taking consider maintenance loan as income and this letting estate no . Very disappointing and no explained the reason .

GoogleI was in an insecure situation when I found a flat through RightMove and Martha, one of the agents of this agency, called me for a viewing. She arranged a viewing for me a couple hours later and advised me about the previous contract. She is professional, friendly, kind and helpful.
