GoogleBooked a viewing only for them to call me and tell me that they lost the keys for the apartment I wanted to view. It was quite a waste of time as I booked other viewings here and now have to come all the way back to Acton just to see this apartment

GoogleKatie asked me for deposit and told me not to worry about other offers . then I try to reach her and she told me that landlord doesn't want to go through my application. how can you ask somone for deposit and then turn them down vecause landlord change his/her mind?!

GoogleThe worst company ever. They trick you into signing with them, and after they treat you really bad. Especially Joanna K, makes you feel like you’re staying for free, and not paying for their services. I do not recommend!

GoogleJames was our initial point of contact and put through our offer to the seller. He was a re-assuring presence, and his calm manner had helped settle our nerves as buyers. He was very attentive and diligent in making sure the whole process moved forward. Thanks, James ! Once our offer was accepted, Helyn Collins became our point of contact . Helyn was brilliant in what was a very complicated and stressful exchange and completion process due to many extraneous factors. The whole process took 5-6months, and helyn was a constant point of contact and provided great support, reassurance, empathy, and solutions to a problematic completion. We finally completed it on the 23rd of Dec 2024. Thanks, Helyn ! Ali

GoogleAs a landlord dealing with Go View for three years, my advice is to think twice before using their services. In my case , they made a serious error in serving a section 21 notice resulting in dismissal of possession claim. In the second attempt, they failed to provide clear evidence that the deposit registration prescribed information was correctly served on the tenants again resulting in the dismissal of possession claim, the court awarded cost to the tenants and am now facing a claim of £10K for Go View’s failures. They have let my two-bedroom flat in West London for an amount which is at least £450 per month less than its current fair market value and even then I can’t take possession of my flat for their errors, omissions and mistakes. On top of this they have allegedly served an incorrect rent increase notice meaning the tenants are still paying the same rent that they moved in over three years ago. I am now fighting on two legal fronts, one to evict the tenants and second to pursue Go View for damages caused. Go View claims to providing me a Gold Management Service!

It is difficult to find an estate agent where you actually feel heard and takes on board your requirements. Again, cannot emphasis enough how exceptional James is! My first time buying experience is smooth and comfortable.

GoogleIt's our first time to buy a property. James and his colleagues provided exceptional service to us in our search for our dream home. As we viewed more and more properties, we have got clearer picture what kind of home we are looking for, he had been patient to our ever-changing requirements. The number of properties listed on Go View was also good, we had a lot of properties to view, each with different characteristics. Each time we view a new property coming from James' recommendation, it gets better and better each time. It was a friendly and wonderful experience to use their professional service. 100% recommended!

James was very knowledgeable but also very genuine, we felt like we were speaking to a person who understood our situation as first time buyers and did not come across as sales-y at all. We knew we could trust James and the whole Go View team, who were all super helpful in supporting us, answering our questions and helping us secure an offer on an amazing home in double quick time.

GoogleI would highly recommend Go View Estate Agents. From the viewing through to the completion, Michael Bolger and Helyn Collins were very helpful. Always responded to our queries and kept us updated on the progress of the purchase. Helyn is a Sales Progression Manager, and we have only words of praise for her work. She made the purchase process enjoyable and fun, and whenever there was a delay from seller’s solicitors, Helyn was the one who was chasing for any outstanding documents.
