GoogleCaution Regarding Property at 11 Connaught Road, W13 0TF - misleading you its not sold as I pulled out of the deal I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering the property located at 11 Connaught Road, W13 0TF. My recent experience with this property and the associated parties has been deeply concerning. During the transaction process, significant issues were brought to light, including the existence of a council enforcement notice that was not fully disclosed. The estate agency, along with certain individuals, notably Helen Collins and Michael Bolger, appeared to downplay this critical information. There were repeated attempts to pressure my solicitor into proceeding with the purchase despite these unresolved matters, which could have resulted in severe financial penalties post-purchase. My solicitor, at one point, faced harassment and undue pressure from the involved parties, further complicating the situation. While I am uncertain about the seller's involvement, I believe the agency knowingly advertised the property under misleading circumstances, potentially to expedite a sale without full transparency. As a result, this has caused significant financial and emotional distress for my family. I intend to escalate the matter to Ealing Council and have all the necessary evidence to support my claims. I urge anyone considering this property to proceed with caution and ensure thorough due diligence. Should you require further information or evidence, I am happy to provide it upon request. Please be vigilant and do not allow this review to be overshadowed by marketing efforts.

Dear Reza, as detailed in other communication to you sent prior to this public review. You decided to abort a transaction once something came to light, uncovered in the legal searches of the property and further qualification, by your solicitor who is trained in this capacity. Part of the process of purchasing a property is your legal advisor will qualify the purchase, and this is exactly the process undertaken here and you have decided, as is your right, not to proceed to purchase the property. The issue, which we cannot go into in great detail due to its confidential nature, is also subject to much contention and is subject to further communication with the local council due to the miscommunication and technicalities of the enforcement (as you know given the various detailed communication on the subject). It is completely misleading to suggest harassment and undue pressure on your solicitor unless of course your solicitor is making such a claim and it is a complete falsehood to suggest we would advertise a property under 'misleading circumstances'. As an independent, organically grown company employing some great people and directly supporting other local businesses such typed up claims can be especially damaging to our company and to the people involved. Given since our inception as a company in 2010 we have prided ourselves on our relationships with professionals like solicitors and the general public, your claims are at a complete polar opposite to what we try and achieve day in/day out in the servicing of clients. We have already sent you communications on this matter, and voluntarily included our complaints procedure with associated information on the Property Ombudsman should you think that your case warrants a complaint to the Property Ombudsman. You have not responded to this email but proceeded to put a review in a public forum, and we would suggest that the nature of this complaint and the confidential matters raised would be better and more effective resolved within private communication. If at the end of that process you feel you that a review is warranted with substantiated proof of your claims please feel free to then review accordingly. Thank You Go View London

GoogleWe used GoView to re let our flat . Jesal and Michael were brilliant to deal with and found great tenants for us very quickly. There was a little issue just before the move in date but they resolved it quickly and professionally to all parties satisfaction . All in all I think the service was 5 star and would highly recommend GoView.

GoogleTries to find an apartment with this agency, the experience was unpleasant. It was wonderful until I paid the deposit- clearly the agent just wanted to protect the landlords right, push me to sign a contract that I was not agreed to, harassed me with multiple numbers, very unprofessional. He told me firmly that under any circumstances, I am not allowed to move out under the contract. Even the neighbourhood is not safe or my house got broke into. I didn’t have my deposit back even if I kindly asked them to give me my money back.

Hi Adelheid, while not able to understand from the review if you are tenant looking for a property or someone moving out of their property, if you have a matter that needs looking into please contact our offices or your designated contact within the office. We have to conduct our business and contractual matters in line with with over 150 pieces of legislation and have some strictly enforced rental standards around properties, the process for letting and deposit protection.

This was an incredibly challenging and protracted sale and where solicitors on both sides failed to engage adequately Helyn doggedly pursued every step and kept both parties informed. GoogleAs a conveyancer, I have found Helyn and her team to be exceptionally professional. They handle all parties involved with tact and aim to achieve the best outcomes for their clients. Their approach is persistent yet considerate, never antagonistic. They do not adopt cheap pushy sales tactics. Helyn consistently keeps us updated and actively seeks ways to expedite transactions. If all estate agents operated with this level of competence, we would see fewer transaction collapses and quicker completions.
