Such a breath of fresh air to have agents that genuinely care - unlike like the “high street brand agents”. The Go View team are highly personable, knowledgeable and reliable. We used them for sales and letting management and they have always been a delight to work with.

James Furniss-Roe was my sales agent and I can say he was great in finding properties that I may be interested in and ultimately to the one where my offer was accepted! He was diligent in ensuring that the negotiation on price was done dutifully and to get us to a fair middle-ground. Would use again!

I was in contact with Ashley Pierre at GoView when looking to buy a flat in the area. He was responsive, informative, and quick to chase up any details required. He was genuine and straightforward, and accommodated us well through the process.

Tries to find an apartment with this agency, the experience was unpleasant. It was wonderful until I paid the deposit- clearly the agent just wanted to protect the landlords right, push me to sign a contract that I was not agreed to, harassed me with multiple numbers, very unprofessional. He told me firmly that under any circumstances, I am not allowed to move out under the contract. Even the neighbourhood is not safe or my house got broke into. I didn’t have my deposit back even if I kindly asked them to give me my money back.

Hi Adelheid, while not able to understand from the review if you are tenant looking for a property or someone moving out of their property, if you have a matter that needs looking into please contact our offices or your designated contact within the office. We have to conduct our business and contractual matters in line with with over 150 pieces of legislation and have some strictly enforced rental standards around properties, the process for letting and deposit protection.

My experience with GoView started well thanks to Jesal, who was helpful and professional. However, dealing with Joanna Koperska was a completely different story. From the very beginning, Joanna was consistently rude and unprofessional in her communication, and things only got worse when it came to resolving issues with my deposit. The agency unfairly tried to deduct money for items left in a communal area, assuming they were all mine, despite my clear evidence to the contrary. Instead of admitting their mistake, they accused me of lying and neglecting responsibility, even though I was the only one who was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Joanna, in particular, was unhelpful, evasive, and failed to properly address the actual issues. Rather than acknowledging their wrong assumptions, she would deflect and refuse to engage with the facts I presented. It's evident that she sets a poor example for the rest of the team, as she seems more interested in making a commission than in helping tenants. This creates a culture where tenants are seen as a nuisance and their needs are not a priority. It took nearly four months to get my deposit back after a lengthy dispute, which I won. If you're looking for a fair and professional agency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Stay away from Flat 2, 23 Twyford Avenue, W3 9PY

GENUINE review for Flat 2, 23 Twyford Avenue, W3 9PYand I am using my real name of you need to contact! , serious misconduct of Agency manager Michael Bolger, Helyn Collins and the handling of a property located above During my dealings with Mr. Bolger, I was subjected to threats when I informed him that I would be leaving reviews based on my experience with your agency. Specifically, he threatened to contact other estate agents to prevent them from working with me. I have email correspondence to substantiate these threats, which I am prepared to provide if necessary. Additionally, I wish to address serious concerns regarding the misrepresentation of the property at 23 Twyford Avenue. Your agency advertised this property with misleading information regarding the lease terms. The property was presented as having a long lease of 900 years, which was confirmed to me verbally and through your marketing materials. However, after engagement with my solicitor, it became apparent that there were significant issues related to the share of freehold and lease terms, including a requirement to pay 10% of any rental income to the ground-floor unit. This was not disclosed upfront, and I believe this omission has led to multiple buyers, including myself, withdrawing from the purchase. These actions have wasted a total of seven months of my time, and the property continues to remain on the market. The multiple price reductions and the withdrawal of buyers further substantiate my concerns. I feel it is my duty to warn other potential buyers about this experience and would appreciate your immediate attention to resolve these issues. I trust that your agency will address these concerns seriously, as I am prepared to escalate this matter to relevant regulatory bodies, including The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards.. I will leave my experience for the 2nd property shortly , I encourage every one with ill experience to share their review for the benefit of the others , so the Reviews are genuine and not generated by their marketing Team

We have recently completed the purchase of a flat in the Ealing area through GoView. From the agent, James, who initially showed us the property to Helyn, the Sales Progression Manager, the service has been friendly and most efficient. Many thanks for their help!

As a landlord dealing with Go View for three years, my advice is to think twice before using their services. In my case , they made a serious error in serving a section 21 notice resulting in dismissal of possession claim. In the second attempt, they failed to provide clear evidence that the deposit registration prescribed information was correctly served on the tenants again resulting in the dismissal of possession claim, the court awarded cost to the tenants and am now facing a claim of £10K for Go View’s failures. They have let my two-bedroom flat in West London for an amount which is at least £450 per month less than its current fair market value and even then I can’t take possession of my flat for their errors, omissions and mistakes. On top of this they have allegedly served an incorrect rent increase notice meaning the tenants are still paying the same rent that they moved in over three years ago. I am now fighting on two legal fronts, one to evict the tenants and second to pursue Go View for damages caused. Go View claims to providing me a Gold Management Service!

Helyn and Michael at goview LONDON were superb during my recent flat purchase. I managed to appoint a dreadful conveyancing solicitor who was uncommunicative, a jobsworth and aloof on occasion. At all times Helyn and Michael were there to guide me, showed impeccable professionalism and focus and kept the purchase real for the sellers and their solicitor. I firmly believe if it was not for their constant input the sale would have fallen through. They get five stars from me and I would have no problem in recommending them for your sale or purchase. As a conveyancer, I have found Helyn and her team to be exceptionally professional. They handle all parties involved with tact and aim to achieve the best outcomes for their clients. Their approach is persistent yet considerate, never antagonistic. They do not adopt cheap pushy sales tactics. Helyn consistently keeps us updated and actively seeks ways to expedite transactions. If all estate agents operated with this level of competence, we would see fewer transaction collapses and quicker completions.

I recently purchased a flat through GoViewLondon Acton and I couldn’t be happier with the service. James was excellent at the beginning, showing me the flat and answering all my initial questions in a very accommodating manner. A special mention goes to Helyn, the sales progression manager, who was super efficient and supportive throughout the entire process. Even after completion, she continues to help with the same speed and energy, sorting out a few final details with the seller. I highly recommend GoViewLondon for their professionalism and dedication!
