I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Scott and Roxy for making the whole process of buying a house at Winceby Fields, Gleeson Homes so simple, quick and efficient. From initial enquiry all the way through too completion, nothing was ever to much. Both Scott and Roxy were happy to work around my work schedule, even coming in on days off to help. Even though I reserved the house at the last minute, Gleeson managed to accommodate all finishing touches I needed. What really impressed me was the aftercare service. Even though I’ve not had any issues, they have checked in with me to make sure I’m happy with everything in the house. Would definitely recommend Gleeson and will be back to buy again!

Although a lot of people said that buying houses in uk 🇬🇧 is difficult, however, Gleesons made it a lot easier regardless of the obstacles encountered. To be honest, it wasn’t an easy journey especially with my wife who was pregnant at that moment. We were hoping that we could move in before the baby will be born, however, unforeseen circumstances are part of life.

Stella at bracken park really helped making moving into our first home alot Easier than expected, she was always in contact with us over everything and made the whole process smooth. The whole process only took 6 weeks from start to finish a lot quicker than we initially thought. We’ve only been living in our new home a few weeks and we love it. We can’t thank them all enough.

We were feeling a bit flustered prior to our options appointment tomorrow. We called in to the castledene sales office and were put at ease by Dani. Dani advised she was covering Alyson for the day but was very very knowledgable and helpful. Dani also spoke to her sales manager with a query we raised. We left feeling a lot more prepared. Thanks again to Dani!

We are over the moon with our experience from gleeson Firbeck Fields. Buying your first home can be very daunting however Sue from the sales office was always there to answer any questions we had and always informed us straight away throughout our build process. Darren the site manager was also brilliant and gave us a full and in depth home demo and again answered any questions we had straight away.

I wish I could give half a star, unfinished development, site manager who really couldn’t care and cowboy builders / subcontractors all over. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY A GLEESON HOME. They take your money and do one.

Since moving in, I've received countless compliments from friends, family, and even professionals. Inspectors, site managers, and the snagger have all commented that my house is by far the best plot they’ve seen. It’s clear that the team at Gleeson NorthBeck Grange has put so much care and attention into every detail. A massive thank you to Manish, who has been an incredible support throughout this entire journey. From day one, Manish has been there for me, answering questions, addressing concerns, and always willing to help with a warm smile. His dedication to ensuring my complete satisfaction is truly appreciated. Even now, he continues to check in and make sure I’m happy in my new home. Manish has made this experience feel personal and special, and for that, I’m so grateful. I’d also like to extend my thanks to Sarah and Mauricia who gave me a wonderful tour of my home and handed over the keys with such professionalism and enthusiasm. Me and my partner decided to purchase a home at The Homesteads, South Yorkshire, we visited the show homes and really fell in love with one of the house styles. Our sales executive kept us updated every week with the progress of our plot, so thank you to Sharon, Claire, and Jamie. We have now moved into our new home and it is just perfect, of course we have had snagging issues but the site team, Ian and Mark have been amazing at getting our issues sorted so quickly, as well as getting updates through the customer care team. Jamie even helped us out when we had a delivery coming but I had to go to work, he made me aware once it had been delivered and put in a safe place.

GoogleAvoid Gleeson Homes if you care about the health and safety of your family. My experience with Gleeson Homes has been extremely concerning. The property I purchased contains multiple defects that fail to meet basic building regulations, the very standards designed to protect lives. Gleeson’s attitude towards fire safety is particularly alarming. Instead of properly addressing gaps in fire protection, their so-called remedial work has involved covering these gaps with flammable materials. This is not only negligent but demonstrates a complete disregard for occupant safety in favour of quick, cheap fixes. Due to Gleeson’s incompetence, there is still no proper protection against toxic, explosive, and radioactive ground gases entering the home. Even after multiple attempts, Gleeson has failed to put this right, leaving a major health and safety hazard unaddressed. Gleeson homes may be cheap, but this is due to their reliance on the cheapest contractors available, which is evident in the corner-cutting, poor workmanship, and low finish quality throughout the build. Despite raising these issues, responses have been slow and remedial work has remained substandard. Homeowners are left living in unsafe conditions that should never have passed inspection in the first place. A developer of this scale should prioritise compliance with building regulations (legally the bare minimum)and the safety of its customers above all else. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Gleeson Homes.
