I’ve just reserved on Harriers Croft and so far, the experience has been fantastic. Mainly due to Toni & management who have helped me purchase my first home as a solo buyer. They’ve been so understanding of my situation & tried to help in every way possible. I cannot thank them enough for making this possible for me. The whole experience of reservation so far has been great. I must admit & say I was slightly skeptical once I read the reviews but I can only speak from my personal experience so far & I couldn’t be more grateful for the service I have received.

Squirrel fold- amazing staff

We are looking at purchasing a property at squirrel fold in Bradford. We currently live in a new build which we need to sell. Jon has been dealing with us the whole time, and he is fantastic, he has been supportive throughout the whole process, he has pointed us in the right direction and is now helping to sell our current house. He goes out of his way to care for his customers and adds that personal touch, he is always asking how we are and asking about our little boy. He is now taking and sorting the sale of our current house to make it a smooth transition for us to buy our new home.This also reflects on all the staff at squirrel fold.

Shout out to Shelly & Sue in the office and Colin the Ass.site manager.Have had a great experience during my correspondence with Shelly and Sue. Very informative and supportive from the first day of inquiry, during application process and right to the completion day. They have made adjustments for me on days I was not able to visit, they are understanding of the situations that may arise and make changes according to that for my ease.The project and vision was explained throughout the application and on completion day, had my questions answered in a timely manner. Colin is great, the home demonstration was detailed and consoled me on the concerns i had while checking out my property. He also stated that they will be present for any help needed for the future should an issue arise (though highly doubt there will be any problems).There is much support from the team here at Rhodes Point and can't recommend it enough.Thank you to the team!

Firbeck Fields is beautiful…

The site at Firbeck Fields is beautiful the lay out is amazing.The houses are fantastic style,fixtures top spec everything and prices are very good you get alot of house.IF I were to move again I would research Gleesons sites and not hesitate to buy another.The service I received from the team on site was first class Sales Manager Christine was professional,knowledgeable,meticulous, patient, friendly and passionate about her role and customers she supported me at every step nothing was to much trouble.When you are buying the most expensive thing in your life you need someone to be there and Christine was.From start to finish it all went great and straight fwd.Darren the site construction manager was brilliant on the inspection explained everything clearly and I was reassured now I’ve moved in I will still have support.I can’t praise to the site enough the team and Gleesons JN

Greenfield Park Development

Greenfield Park DevelopmentWe went to see the Greenfield Park Development in April and we were made very welcome by the sales representative Deborah Kirtland. Deborah showed us around the show home and we immediately decided that we wanted to purchase one of the properties. The process from reservation to completion was stressful due to solicitors not working to deadlines. Deborah kept in contact with us on a very frequent basis, letting us know what had happened with the property we had reserved and then when things started to go wrong with our buyer and solicitor she bent over backwards for us. We strongly believe that if it hadn’t of been for the work that Deborah did on our behalf we would have lost our new home. We love our new home and cannot thank Deborah enough for everything she did for us. She is a very approachable and friendly lady and excellent at her job, going above and beyond for us. Myself and my partner found a house we liked online, I immediately requested to view this house. Dina contacted me very quickly and was able to fit us in for a viewing of the property the next day. Dina has been keeping in touch with us throughout and has been patient with our questions. With us being first time buyers we weren’t exactly sure about the whole process, however Dina has been very helpful! Springfield Meadows

I've recently moved into the old show home at Springfield Meadows. There were a few teething issues going through the process, as there is with many things, but all in all I've had a great experience. Catherine and Yvonne have been attentive and have been willing to help every step of the way, even after completion. Had two issues that I picked up after my home demo, both of which were fixed within a few days. When I call the site managers Paul and Mark, they answer promptly and are happy to help. Overall, so far, I have had a good experience. I hope it continues!

Gleeson homes is an amazing organisation. My first visit to Gleeson homes was on a friend’s recommendation. On entering the office my intention was mainly to make enquiries, but everything changed when I stepped into their office at BD7 2AY and met Ginell Garrop the sales executive. She welcomed me with a contagious smile and explained all the process involved in owning a house and was patient and attentive to my concerns, she explained all that I needed to know to my satisfaction, she was polite, pleasant and professional in her approach.When it was time to purchase my extras, she gave me all the assistance and guidance that I needed as a first time buyer to purchase all the necessary items that is needed to make my house a home.She liaised with other stakeholders to know what level my application has reached and gave me at least weekly update on my mortgage application, what has been done and what is yet to be done, at moments when I was confused and did not know what to do she always assisted me and took away the anxieties.She assisted me with guidance on my paperwork and when I had concerns she sorted them in real time.Ginell made me to be on course to achieving my dreams when I least expected to do so Keep doing what you know how to do best (Sales), you are an asset, you are a golden fish that has no hiding place.Great job, keep it up.

2 years on ofter giving them 5 stars.

Glesson has strung us along for over two years telling us yes, this will be fixed, we'll get that repaired then they refuse to do so, saying there is no proof of the conversation. even when you provide proof they still refuse to fix the issues. Yes, their houses are reasonably priced but don't expect any after-sales support once they have your money. I still have outstanding jobs that were on my snag list when I bought the house 2 years and 2 months ago that haven't been fixed, and Gleeson has no intention of fixing them. The work that needs completing was agreed to by the builder we have it in writing and they find any excuse not to fix it.At one point after I bought the house they dug up my entire drive without any notification or permission. Avoid this builder as all costsIt's interesting to see that Gleeson responded to this review by giving me the same email address that has given me the runaround, for the past 2 years and 3 months.This is an attempt to try and make it look like Gleenson is willing to fix the issues, When in reality, they have no intention. I'm seriously out of pocket because of this builder. Gleeson has all the information in writing; at first, the excuse was I gave them too much information, and then it was not all on the same email thread.

I first had the privilege to meet Natalie and Rachel back in June this year when i started to look for property in this area and i was moving up here from Norfolk.
