From reservation, Mary George, Sales Executive was amazing. The journey of buying my lovely Gleeson home was faultless, and I was made to feel very special. When I got the keys to my Tyrone, and viewed it complete, I was do happy with the quality, customer service, and site team, mentioning Ian Storrie, Site Manager, and Chris Large who was the assistant at the time. I absolutely love my house, it is so cheap to run, I had a small number of defects, which were dealt with and fixed in a timely manner. I love the area I live in, the best move I have ever made. The process of buying our first Gleeson home couldn’t have been made easier by the Sales Executive Sophie Murray. As we were first time buyers, Sophie Explained everything in detail and was always available if we needed any questions answered. Her communication throughout was excellent. Sophie’s attention to detail made our experience so personal and special.We can’t thank Sophie enough for her support and hard work. The site manager Nick of Brushwood Gardens has been so helpful in getting all our defects sorted. Overall we are so happy with our Gleeson home and would definitely recommend to other buyers.

We are making arrangements to return from living in the USA back to the UK and we arranged various visits to Gleeson sites in Cumbria. The service we received was excellent by the sales staff, especially the help provided by Carol at the Barley Meadows site in Abbeytown and Caroline at the Chimes Bank site in Wigton was also excellent. Both were very helpful and made the process of selecting a house a real dream.

As first time buyers we looked around many different organisations and found the show homes at Wragby and customer service with Scott (Sales Executive) the best. In Dec 2023 we moved into our new build at Hawthorn Fields, Wragby. Scott was fantastic with communication, support and advice and made the process seamless. Upon hand over we had a thorough walk through and we were pleased with the result. A year on and Scott is still on site, happy to offer support and help with questions. Scott is an asset to the Gleeson team and we would 100% recommend this process.

Gleesons homes are cheap quality builds-everything is falling apart in one year. The warranty is a joke, as they haven't responded to fix any of the defects I've reported. Eg A simple issue of bath sealant coming away. Every time I have a bath there's a creaking sound as the bath is coming away from the wall and the sealant splitting open from the weight of the bath! No response. Downstairs cloakroom and hallway full of sewage smell and again no-one has come to sort it out. Walls are paper thin, as are the doors, I could go on!

Alex sales office has been great from reservation to completion, Zack and Rod site managers have been great and very responsive resolving a few minor repairs that required attending in time . Pinfold park Bridlington. I’ve given 1 star. Only because you have to give something to do this review. Gleeson are the worst company. Their customer service is disgraceful. They make out when trying to sell yu a property that they are here to help. At first they came to fix there mistakes and the people on the ground the real grafters are great. It’s the customer service and management. They are happy now that money is in the bank. I’ve been trying for months to get a problem resolved that is an oversight by them but they are saying it’s something I did but this is not the case. It’s a simple thing to resolve that is part of the warranty but customer care if yu can call them that and management are not abiding by the warranty. Which is absolutely unacceptable. We only want what’s right. Which is what they say to yu before yu buy but this is not the case on there part. Disgusting attitude from this company. Reading most of the reviews I’m obviously not the only one. Do not buy from Gleeson. I wish I had never bothered.plot 87. Typical. This just proves that Gleeson are a bad company. Hence my original post. Do not buy of this conning company.

We reserved a plot at Hawthorn Fields having sold our house then everything went wrong as our buyers pulled out. Scott and the team were so helpful and understanding and I couldn’t wish for a better set of people. After all we went through we have now moved in and it already feels like home. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

From the outset Scott in the sales office was brilliant, he explained the whole process in good detail, he let us know when he was on holidays and who to contact in his absence, we got delayed due to our house sale falling through and Scott was so helpful in keeping the house we had reserved for us even though we were about five months behind our original schedule. Can’t thank Scott enough. The handover with Scott and Dave (site manager) was also done with ease. We have no plans on moving again anytime soon and would not hesitate to recommend Gleeson homes
