From the very beginning to the day we completed, Susan and Shelley provided us with an excellence and professional trustworthy experience. They were great at answering any questions we had always made us feel at ease. It is one of the best decisions we have ever made moving to our new home. If you are wanting to buy a new home, have a look at a gleesons home, we are very impressed with our new home and how spacious the garden is.

We’ve recently bought a house at Middlestone Meadows and have had a first-class service from Jackie in the sales office and Dave, the site manager. Jackie kept us updated throughout the building process and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We were made to feel very welcome and we are loving our new home.

Just in the process of buying a new home with Gleeson at culluna grange, have been dealing with Emma and have to say she’s been brilliant and has made the process less daunting and anything that is within her power gets sorted, have spoken to others on the site who are very happy and said anything that wasn’t quite as it should had been sorted no problem , feel I’m in very safe hands and just can’t wait to move in 👌

I love the attention given to me from start to finish. It made me feel welcomed and confident that my needs will be cared for. It was customer relationship at it's best. Jakie in Aklam Gardens office was very instrumental through out the entire process. She was always eager to clear our doubts and concerns. Her customer relation was top quality. She made us stay.

We are both first time buyers and when we went up to the new chimes bank estate we were greeted by Caroline who made us feel very welcome and at ease. Caroline explained the whole process and talked us through each stage.We then went on to reserve our property and Caroline was there to assist us with any questions every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble she kept in regular contact and if she didn't have the answers she would find out swiftly and get back in touch. Buying with gleeson has been an enjoyable experience thanks to Caroline and the team. Our home has been built and finished off with everything we chose and wanted to a very high standard.

TrustpilotWe moved into our property on Willows…
We moved into our property on Willows park almost 18 months ago. We are still waiting for our drive to be topped with tarmac and have all of the rotten and broken wood replaced. We are also waiting for the road surface to be completed. We did leave a review last time and was contacted to say work would be carried out by the end of April. Well we are half way through May and we still haven't had our drive finished or the road even started. There is still lots of rubbish dumped at the top of our road. They make promises that never happen. Our house build is actual okay, we like the house and have only had minor issues, but we didnt expect to spend the best part of 200k and our driveway remain unfinished and the road looks like a building site at the entrance.

Jackie has been fabulous throughout the process of buying our first home. She has looked after our property and made sure that all our requirements were met even though we have not set foot on the site until our house was completely built. This is my first New Build home in over 30 years of home ownership. The staff at all sales sites are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been extremely well looked after by Toni at Harriers Croft Development and Lee at Saxon Grange - both working together to ensure that I make the right decision for myself. I am incredibly grateful to both of them, and I look forward to moving in, having now reserved my own plot!

We bought home at harriers Croft (Gleeson homes)Was very straight forward they sorted mortgage solicitors pretty much everything even sorted out fitted wardrobes for us. But what made this even more special was Toni in office she showed us round all homes available and sorted out fitted wardrobes even electrics in garage. She very polite and helped us in everyway

If you haven't bought yet its not to late to turn away there all nice in the buying process witch will catch most people out but once you move in then your see all the bad reviews are real!! I have raised a issue which needs sorting ASAP with still no one has even bothered to come and see me even tho I know they have to drive past my house to get to there office.

Trustpilot5 Star incompetence
I’m giving Gleesons 5 stars for their incompetence. I would not recommend buying from them as they would also get 5 stars for making excuses when reviewing your snag list. Remedial work is shoddy and often makes the problem worse, that’s when they can be bothered to turn up. Absolute rubbish!!!

Was pressured to move into the property (Erin road) as quick as possible, then when I moved in the garden and the fencing were not even complete, there was no privacy at all from a busy road, they said the reasons for this was because they had to re-level the gardens at the back. They have promised us that they will be turfing the garden but weeks later this has still not been done, with warmer weather coming I cannot even use my garden. Several defects reported as well but takes them an age to deal with anything. Would avoid buying from these at all costs

Would never buy from gleeson again in my life. They have missed bricks out of the top of my house which I have complained about numerous of times and still two years on no one has been to my property to rectify this problem. I know have birds in my roof which is causing a lot of problems as you can imagine. I’ve rang up multiple of times to be told to go on my online portal and complain threw them which I have explained numerous of times I have no access to this due to a relationship break down and no one seems to know what else to do if you can’t complain on the portals. This is getting beyond a joke
