GoogleAll the members of the team I interacted with were all friendly and professional (George, Klein, Luca and Sam); from booking viewings to finally having an offer accepted. Through the process of STC, I can not praise Luca enough for his patience, determination and human approach. Luca listened, communicated well and also made the process an easier pill to swallow. GoogleI can’t praise Luca, our Move Manager, enough for his help in getting our sale across the line. We were a probate sale, and we’ve been dealing with multiple solicitors. Much of the time it seemed like he was ‘herding cats’ on our behalf, and I’m so grateful for him being so organised and communicative. I’d definitely recommend him highly!

GoogleJust exchanged contracts on a house in West Ruislip through Gibbs Gillespie, the Ruislip office. The process involved some complications but Luca kept chasing up relevant parties almost on a daily basis. And also kept us updated with the developments. I would happily recommend Gibbs Gillespie to anyone.

GoogleWe were buying a property through Gibbs Gillespie and we had a few questions to ask the seller. Fortunately, we had been appointed Luca Beltrami as our move manager and he was a fantastic go-between for us and the seller. Any questions we had were normally responded to within a couple of hours. GoogleThe team at Gibbs were outstanding. Sam took a personal interest very early, was incredibly patient, helpful and gave very sensible advice. They always made us feel that they wanted the best outcome for us and not just what suited anyone else. Sam then handed over to Luca, who again was excellent and gave a first class service in making a stressful situation seem manageable. I couldn’t recommend the team highly enough, you do not need to look any further afield….use them!!!

He was excellent at chasing up both sides to make sure the process kept moving forward and was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. He played a key role in maintaining smooth communication between all parties involved. Ian has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning and went over & above for us, making the entire experience so much easier. GoogleThe whole process of moving is stressful & the last week was a nightmare but I have to give a special mention to Luca who was extremely helpful, supportive & got us through to the finish line, he was superb & he was definitely 5 stars however , the solicitor that Gibbs recommended to us to use were absolutely shocking, they were the most unhelpful people I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I know for a fact that I am not the only one who has trouble with them either some they recommend them I do not know, they caused us untold stress & made the whole experience awful. Do not use who they recommend they are awful.

GoogleThe service provided by Gibbs Gillespie through the sale process has been excellent. Sam and his team have kept us informed of all developments and the options available to us. They have made what is normally a stressful process as stress-free as possible. A special mention to Luca who liaised between ourselves, the buyers and solicitors after the sale had been agreed to significantly reduce the time until exchange of contracts.

GoogleIt was a great experience all around; our purchase did take a long time; however, Sam originally, as part of the offer, and then Luca's support throughout the completion, has been great. Luca communicated well and continuously, helped us chase and push the seller's solicitor, and ensured we were always in the loop on any comms/direction received from the seller. We would highly recommend the Gibbs Gillespie. We would highly recommend the Gibbs Gilliespie team when buying a home, especially Luca.

GoogleHighly recommend Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip. Such a lovely team. Luca worked tirelessly on our purchase property, ensuring everyone was chased up and guiding us through the process. Luca is polite and professional and a an asset to Gibbs Gillespie. We had a number of hurdles to get over and the process at times was frustrating but Luca was always so positive and reassured us everything was going to be fine, and he was right. Ian showed us the house we purchased and was so helpful and took extra time showing our family around and was very informative. He took the time to include our little boy and made it a positive experience. We felt at home on day one of seeing the property and feel very fortunate to now be living in our new home. I hope the need to do this again is a long way off but when the time comes I would happily use Gibbs Gillespie again.

GoogleLuca Beltrami took care of our purchase of our property. It was a long-winded process for its completion. He was supportive, understanding, and extremely patient in the complication in the completion. Many times during the process, it was frustrating with the lack of progress, but having Luca deal with the sales enabled us to remain calm and feel supported in the whole process. He remained professional throughout, and so were the team. I would recommend Gibbs Gillespie as an agent for the sales of property.

As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions that he answered both thoroughly and with patience making me feel at ease throughout the entire conversation. George was able to swiftly arrange viewings of properties I liked, whilst also helping me to expand my search with useful suggestions to properties in the area.
