Gavin, in particular, was proactive, tenacious and responsive, with great communication, and once the deal was under way, Luca kept the transaction on track to a satisfactory conclusion, again with great communication. GoogleI am not normally one to post an online review, but I have to say Gibbs Gillespie have been fantastic with the sale of my property. I have dealt with other estate agents in the area but they do not compare to the level of service, competence, expertise and the number of viewings of my property that Gibbs Gillespie generated which was a key thing for me. Once you agree to a sale through Gibbs Gillespie they have a dedicated move manager who ensures the whole sales process goes through smoothly from start to finish. Overall it has been a great experience selling my property through Gibbs Gillespie and I highly recommend using them if you are selling your property in the near future! Special mention must go to Peter who initially handled the listing and leading the sales process and also Luca who was my dedicated move manager which is a great touch by Gibbs Gillespie and was my point of contact between myself and the buyer and our respective conveyancers which enabled my sale to go through plain sailing!

GoogleInitial contact with Sam was a positive experience, he made putting the house on the market easy. Luca was fantastic and followed us all the way through to completion, always at the end of the phone/email giving support. The only downfall would be their recommendation of Simply Legal (not a good experience with them), but cannot fault Gibbs Gillespie.
