INHUMANE MANAGEMENT AND TERRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS! I have been living with them for 3 years, every winter out heating doesn’t work properly and we need to use electric heaters on top of paying over £300 in heating just to try to not have a freezing cold home. They arranged more than 20 visits, found faults but say the heating is working on paper so even though we don’t feel it at all they won’t do anything further to fix it or provide compensation. We found out this was an issue previous residents also had but this was never informed to us prior to signing the contract and moving in. They keep raising the rent, and my partner has started developing health issues due to this, Sam the Head of Management provides the most robotic and empathy lacking responses arguing that visits from the maintenance team mean they have fulfilled their responsibilities. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ANY COST!!
