I have been living at East Village for over a year now and I absolutely love this place. The management is great (gets things done quickly), apartments are well built, the area is nice and clean, amazing transport links and the list goes on and on... The only concern - its slightly expensive than what you would hope for (nothing good comes cheap anyways)

The true test of any relationship is in crisis. At the end of our first year at Getliving East Village, we took a chance put an advance on a flat we didn't see because it was supposedly the same layout of flat but higher up in the building. We took the risk on the existing trust. Saying it didn't work out is a gross understatement of the stress and pain the situation caused. The 5 star rating is for Kate Easterling for making the nightmare into an happy ending with candour, empathy , urgency, and care. Getliving is bloody lucky to have her on their side. I hope they do better to keep people like her, and preventing disasters rather than looking for forgiveness. Because good people always move, and it costs a heck a lot less to keep them than rolling the dice in the market. The same goes to the flourishing community in the neighbourhood. Don't put good people into too many situations for tests. Buildings don't make homes, people do.

In general however its a painful process instead of having access to the meter or being able to receive frequent readings every month on the time they are done (At least until smart meter is offered by our provider)
